This has been the worst experience. The sales agent assisting us with our order promised an early installation and then went on leave, not handing over our project to anyone in particular. After making full payment immediately, our installation did not take place as promised. After 2 weeks of numerous phone calls to Power Plastics, no one at the Johannesburg or Cape Town branch were aware of what was going on with our order. I was made to believe installation would take place on more than one occasion only to later find out there was a mistake made, and a team would need to remeasure 2 weeks after the order was placed. We had to make time available to be at the house on more than a few occasions for installation only for it to never happen wasting our time. This company does not know what is going on between branches and do not follow up or advise the customer what is going on with an order that has been fully paid for. The promise was installation within a week. It is now 3 weeks later and still no installation!!!!!!!
