I've used Powell Electric for a couple of jobs on a rental condo that I own. They're always on time, trustworthy, and professional. They also have stuck to their estimates on the work they've done for me. I would recommend using them for your electrical and lighting needs.
My little brother contracted these guys to look at my mothers electrical to see if anything was wrong since we had a contractor move our panel and had some problems. I had told my brother some of the wires looked bigger than the others to have them check that. Powell electric didnt find anything wrong with the electrical and told my brother and the other contractor the electrical was good. I went back in the box this time to find the markings showing they are not sized correctly, and also found a missing neutral for return power, I think they are using a ground wire for return power. SMH. Cannot believe a lay person can find problems over a licensed professional. I cant believe this. I only hope they dont miss this when installing electrical. check the pictures out for proof. Blue, Black and Green wires in bundle missing the white wire. Soo disappointed. My brother was going to contract them to upgrade our panel too. smh Glad you would try to deny.
