We keep having outages its freezing cold I have no heat and they don't seem to care

They keep raising there prices, and service gets worse. 4+ power outage and counting. They should replace everyones food that went bad!!!

Horrible horrible price gouging! No remorse! Like a monopoly can t go anywhere else for power where I live and now they are raising prices even more and can t be stopped! Had there energy audit people come in couldn t tell me a thing just said to turn my fans on the other direction to bring the heat down, and left I requested my meters changed out refused to do it finally got different meters after they gouged me so much I got my power pulled and had to pull out loans to get my power back and finally got new meters after they charged me triple so 1200 turned into 3000 because they average your last bills all together I have a 1200 square ft house and average 500 to 600 a month for power now that my credit is shot because it was either pay my next electric bills or pay my loans I chose to have heat. So after everything and just getting past my garnishment and some luck with other things I m holding steady but still paying mansion size electric bills for a small house. I would recommend staying away if possible worst experience I ve ever had and they do not care supposed to be a co-op for the people and are not!! you have to be approved to talk at there meetings. They are heartless terrible organization that s all I can say

We have only lived here since August 1, 2016 and have experienced way too many outages in our area! Its ridiculous and over priced for this much trouble!

When I first opened a account my deposit was only $200 they canceled my service without my knowledge, when asked why they had no explanation...then wanted $580 to reopen my account , WTH !!! I paid my bill every month......plus always power outages seriously fed up

We're always having power outages. I wish I could change companies, the problem is that there is no liability for their bad service. I understand that there are problems and issues at times but it happens more often than not...
