We love the staff at Powder Ridge Village. They work very hard and they go the extra mile every time.
All the conveniences of home in a clean and comfortable condo. Friendly and helpful staff.
It's has nice rooms and friendly staff. The rooms are nice and clean but smell a bit musky the first time you open the door. But my largest gripe is that there is not any WiFi in the rooms. It's not the end of the world but in this day and age it seems to be one of the common amenities at every hotel.
Powder Ridge is a charming condominium with ski in ski out access. We bought a time share after our first vacation at Powder Mountain and we are looking forward to this vacation being a family tradition for years to come.
Powder Mountain is my favorite ski resort as it is extremely family friendly. You can go down a ski run without seeing another skier, it is never crowded.
Beautiful place. The drive in is very long.
The staff is kind!
If it wasn't for the location and the view, I would probably give this place 1 or 2 fewer stars. The place desperately needs upgrading and deep cleaning. The pool and hot tubs are so over chlorinated that our eyes burned everytime we walked into the lodge. The beds were fairly comfortable, I've been in much worse. The staff was friendly, helpful and assisted us with all our needs. Loved being able to ski in/out of the complex.
I won t write a diatribe, but this place is awful:
- no record of our reservation, despite us having a confirmation number
- would not accept email communication fax only
- suspected us of trying to scam them for our stay because they couldn t find a record of our booking
- had a room available, but would not give it to us because they were saving it for an emergency
- finally gave us keys to a room, but that room was occupied (clothing, computers, food all over how would you like for your hotel to give my family of six the keys to your room?!)
- would not give us a different room because they could not get it cleaned in time for the next guest, who would check in TWO days after we checked out
On top of this, the service was beyond rude and was unwilling to work with both us and Boooking.com to accommodate our reservation. At the late time of day, our only alternative accommodation options were in Ogden, some 40-45 minutes away.
I d recommend avoiding this place.
The staff is wonderful and the snow is perfect. There's a gym, laundry, indoor pool and tv/lounge area. Can't wait to go back.
I was there working on cell sites. Lots of snow bunnies.
The condominium we stayed at for the week was ok. We enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful location. The altitude was a little difficult on all 3 of us. But, once it settled...we had fun.
Hospitality was supurb would recommend it to everyone especially if you ski or snowboard
Love Powder Ridge Village - Ski in Ski out to Powder Mountain Ski Resort. Great family vacation spot. Some of the rooms are need of updating, but great value for the money. Staff is super friendly and helpful
Rooms are nice, but the floors squeak very loudly and and the WiFi is lousy. Very pretty view from the porch. The heat also takes a long time to heat the room up.
Pool in the winter is great. Could use a new ping pong table.
Third year staying at Powder Ridge and loved it everytime! Something for everyone in our family from very young to the more advanced in age. Thanks for making our stay so fun!
Very good service!! The cabins are very nice and high quality. Right next to the beautiful resort.
Such a cute place. Very nice and laid back staff. Perfect for families!!!
Phenomenal ski in and ski out, slopes not crowded, rooms are nice
Love the location!! Very beautiful view!! People very kind and friendly
There's a hot tub you can use for 4 dollars if you're a guest at the Columbine Inn. Pretty nice after a day of skiing.
This was great for our family. The we stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. We liked the club house and swimming. The paper airplane hike was enjoyable with the little kids. We brought a lot of stuff for the kitchen, but it had enough to get by. The dining table was great for playing games. The only downside was the mattresses -not the most comfortable.
Our rooms are lovely, the kitchen has everything I need, and we love that you can borrow games and puzzles. Pool could be cleaner but hot tub is perfect.
Very clean and has everything you need more vien feel one like at home and the best has beautiful bistas ... and the comfort of the bedrooms very nice to be with my family.
Staff is the best, they all go above and beyond the call of duty! Cathy the manager will do anything posible to make sure they stay at the resort is enjoyable, memroable
and confortable.Powder mountain has the best snow in the WORLD...
We arrived Saturday afternoon. We were able to check-in an hour early, which was wonderful. We were in a 3-bedroom with the 3rd bedroom being a loft. The receptionist at the desk was very friendly and professional. We got to our room, and it was beautiful. It was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. We also had a wonderful view. We enjoyed the variety of TV channels. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities were great. We played air hockey, ping pong, basketball, and swam in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. They were both very clean, as was the surrounding area. We were also able to check out games and/or puzzles from the front desk. They had a whole closet full.
Beautiful resort. Our rooms were gorgeous and so spacious. There was so much room for everyone's gear and also food and clothes!
Nice rooms and gorgeous views. However, there is no air conditioning so it is a little toasty in the summer.
Nice condos gorgeous views, pool, jacuzzis. Super friendly, area knowledge front desk gal
Staff at the lodge are friendly.
Make sure you have a four wheel drive vehicle if you intend to use the upper cabins. The pavement is plowed but not salted. This makes for an icy hill and parking lot.
My father in law and I both had a fall making our way to and from the parking area.
Second visit in three months. Love the 2 bedroom villas. Came in Sept (no snow) and Nov (snowed in for two days) and loved both visits. Staff is exceptional and the resort carries ample groceries/supplies. Kids enjoyed pool, hot tub, game room and playing outside. As for the roads, I'm in a 2 wheel drive Suburban and did fine. Last bit of road is dirt so pay attention.

Lovely room, was very spaceous for 3 individuals. Little pricey but it's expected with a ski resort
This might've been really nice at one point, years ago, but it's not kept up very well. It was super dusty, especially in the bedrooms. The showers weren't clean, either. The table had one broken leg. The "tennis court" would be an easy place to lose tennis balls, as there are fenceposts but no chain link, and there's no net. It says on their website they have tennis courts- but don't bother taking your tennis equipment. The swimming pools and hot tub were nice, and the view from our windows was excellent.
Rooms are well kept if a bit older. Comfortable spacious two bedroom unit.
They continue to improve, and as I have sought for a long time from them, they finally brought in-house Wi-Fi. Well done. The rooms are always in tip top shape and I feel very comfortable. The lodge provided services, such as movie rentals and laundry, are very convenient and useful. I very much like visiting this place each year. Additionally, the sunset is downright beautiful from the mountain.
Love this place so much. Quiet place that you can't find anymore with these amazing views.
We love Powder Ridge. Our family of 7+1 stays in a 3 bedroom condo. We love that it has 3 bathrooms as well. The condos have a bit of age on them but have been well maintained. The kitchens have the necessary utensils and supplies. The complex is ski in and ski out from the lodge trail. The indoor pool, game room and basketball court are all very nice touches. The convenience store has many necessary supplies at a decent mark up. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
It used to be a private mountain get away. Now there is a paved road all the way up which has brought more traffic and less privacy on the short hikes near the condo. The swimming pool is family friendly with a family hot tub, there is a small gym and a game room. But the game room is very run down; if there isn't a fee to use it, it is broken/damaged.
The staff is friendly, but they called they day before our scheduled checkout and asked why we weren't out by 11. We had to tell them our checkout date which was annoying and made us slightly panic.
Place was super friendly. Loved the atmosphere. Awesome place
Great place to get away and relax. Great swimming pool are.
We stayed a partial week for skiing In unit 15. The unit was well stocked when it comes to the kitchen. We had 1 king, 2 twin and 1 double pull out bed and 1 hideaway bed. The lighting in the rooms were lacking, only 1 lamp in bedrooms and living room. The exhaust fans in both bathrooms sounded like they have grinding gears. We loved the view from our unit of the sunset every night. The ski-in/out was not perfect, do have to walk skis across the parking lots. Hot tub was hot and pool felt nice. The community center has everything from games, exercise equipment, small store and rental equipment. Staff was very informative when we arrived to make sure we knew what was available. We enjoyed our stay and will probably be back again.
Great location for skiing and snowboarding. Units have full kitchen. A little outdated and bare-bones.
This is our second time staying here and would love it they have beautiful views from the rooms they have pool which is great jacuzzis games where my kids can play I would definitely come back for a third time
If you want a great time, around fun people, and in one of the most private, best kept secrets in utah. This is the place
It seems like a nice place with lots of space and gorgeous views. You have to wash your own pool towels, though, and that's weird.
Views are amazing. Skiing and snowboarding is fantastic. Wish we had known that the tubing didn't start until they have enough snow. The condos need a decent remodel.
It was great. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
Super convenient location, very easy to ski in and out. There's a clubhouse with a pool and two hot tubs, plus a rental shop if you need to rent gear. And absolutely gorgeous views overlooking the valley from the back deck. The condos themselves are pretty dated, but plenty of room and all the basics you'll need.
Holy moly this place rocks! Great common game rooms, pool and hot tubs plus it's next to lifts

We have been coming for years is her favorite place to go. Every wants a friendly and the snow skiing is great
Powder Ridge was fantastic, the staff was great. Don't waste your time with Powder Mountain though. It's flat, lift lines are long as well as they make frequent stops while you are on the lift. The snow is wind blown and icy as if skiing on the East Coast. In my career field, I work with Asbestos a lot, and the main lodge has accumulated a lot on the East side due to all the rain they get.
Great location. Friendly front desk staff. Needs renovation and cleanup. Insects in room (crickets, mosquitos, flies). Bad wifi.
Amazing views, very courteous staff, and great skiing!
Secluded area, nice drive. Staff was friendly upon check-in. Lots to do on-site including indoor swimming, basketball, pool, and small fitness center.
Very little cell service for verizon customers. No Wifi in rooms, just at the main lodge.
We stayed in the Aspen building. The rooms are good sized, but the furnishings and carpet are outdated. The carpets in our 2 room unit were very dirty and made out feet black. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking, ttalking, and even their TV.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics and is a good size.
Spent a day there while visiting someone staying there longer, so my review is far from complete. It was comfortable, and had a gorgeous view. The biggest problem I had was how far removed from everything it was, but that has more to do with me.
It was a litty time, keep it lackin and dont take that L by goin here
Read the other reviews carefully. The only thing this resort has to offer in the off season is a pool. The king bed in the unit we have is shot and sags in the middle like a sink hole. Internet won't even connect in our room and the staff is unable to do anything about it. If all you want is a slow drive up a mountain to swim in the pool, this is the place for you.
Clean but really worn out
Everything seems like 40 years old
Construction around the Resort and lack of landscaping makes for ugly area.
Has pool and hot tub but not much else
Nice place for a family vacation. Great hiking and views.
Stayed here for vacation all was nice except the road up the mountain
I love being able to ski in and ski out from our place. We stay here three weeks each year and have thoroughly enjoyed it.
We went during off-season, but the amenities were still excellent. I love that there is a big pool, kids pool, family hot tub, and adults hot tub. My kids loved it. Being able to ski right to your room would be a huge plus if we were there during season
Run down...surrounded by construction so all views are terrible......no landscaping or maintenance...broken doors...generally a terrible place
Great views, room is very clean, employees are friendly. Haven't had any services.
