The PB team are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. They help with every element of your trip, they ve booked all of our meals, taken my husband skiing every day, driven me and us/family around anywhere we have wanted to go throughout the whole stay. They found us a bottle steriliser within 10 mins of asking! They are fantastic. Really knowledgable too.
be carefull their cancellation policy is horrible even if there is a pandemic event. they dont care, thats why they make you pay everything in advance.
