Potbelly's Pub & Grill Review

The music was loud just like I like it the food was amazing the company is entertaining

What can I say about Potbelly's that hasn't been said about AID's. Devastating and should be eradicated. It's a sad place, I'm sad for ever going there. Unless you have no other option, avoid this place. But if you are older and maybe work at walmart, then this will probably suit you.

It was a minus 5 for service especially and zero for food. Look for some place else to spend your money and time. Nasty salads..black slimy lettuce. Pub club had baby bacon pieces not quality products used for food. NASTY. NASTY..NASTY......

Bartender wasn't personable and never smiled and salsa was terrible it had way to much garlic (I love garlic), but it overpowered everything so we couldn't eat it, we informed her but still got charged which is fine but not good business. Food was pretty good. We had an $80 tab and still tipped her $20 because she did keep our drinks filled and did a decent job.

Drinks are priced just right and it's a comfortable atmosphere.

Hidden gem in Broken Arrow! Great beer prices and awesome food. Need to try the brunch menu, omelets are the star. Bring ur appetite. Can get a little smokey at times, but the atomsphere is always fun. Big Ben is an awesome proprietor.

Cold beer, great creative burgers, and the best and prettiest bartenders around!

Best bar food anywhere, happy hour is great. Just wish it was a non-smoking bar.

Very friendly, good food, fair prices....drink specials daily ... good times.

My only complaint is the lack of decent ventilation. They allow smoking and even without it being packed it was SO smokey! As a non smoker it made me incredibly unlikely to come back, which is sad because I loved the bar staff! I just love being able to breathe more. :-)

The staff is good and not too bad of a atmosphere. Caters to pretty much any demographic.

It's truly amazing the quality of food this little bar can put out of that little kitchen. Always cheap cold beer on tap and a delicious Friday special (from gumbo to Indian tacos to great barbecue.) This is a great place to drink and chill or grab a quick bite. FYI, it is a bar, so people do smoke in here.

Love that they have COLD apple crown! Great place to play pool and music from the jukebox
