2nd It arrived a month late, the packaging from what was dirty and stained could not be touched !!!
3rd I opened the package (given the previous ones) to make sure of the right goods and surprise ... the sofa was there, but all the leather was stained with black, the pieces not protected with the film.
4th I sent it back ... luckily the payment was cash on delivery ... so I didn't pay it.
5th To date, November 26, 2019 I am waiting for the credit note of the invoice issued for goods never purchased!

I represent the group of hairdressing salons TONI & GUY in Spain. We bought a Futuramix climazon a little more than two years ago which has broken our legs on 4 occasions (the device is too heavy for the support it has) on 4 occasions they have sent us the legs after claiming them from the customer service department. client (never at the first time, you always have to contact them 2 or 3 times) the important thing is that in the end after being 2 to 3 weeks if service in the salon, the legs arrive.
This time instead of breaking the legs, the "neck" (upper part of the support) has been broken as I mentioned the device is too heavy for the support it has.
The first time I contacted the customer service department was on February 10, sending photos and everything they requested. I DO NOT GET ANSWER. I get back in touch on February 17, I DO NOT GET AN ANSWER. I get in touch on February 24, I DO NOT GET AN ANSWER. On March 2 I contact you again and the girl who attends me tells me that the same day he answers me but that the device is not under warranty.
My answer to this is; It doesn't matter, I just need a solution because I need to fix it as soon as possible or buy a new one.
He was supposed to contact me on the same day. I DO NOT GET ANSWER.
Today I call again and again they say yes, that there is an incident but that it is not under warranty and that they will tell me something in 24h ...

Total lack of professionalism, do not meet delivery deadlines, do not have half of the references in stock, the person of large accounts can take 1 week to respond to emails or orders. Not to mention the incidents that of course do not manage if they solve . I wasted 400 euros of hairdressing billing for delivering 72 hours late an important furniture order for my establishment. I placed the order more than 10 days in advance. CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I am waiting for you to send me the official complaint form.

I bought at the fair 2 washes in MARCH
and I still have not installed them because they do not arrive in conditions.
In the first order they arrived incomplete.
