Other staff is good but a sir named Mr.Dilip is very rude and doesn't have manners about how to conduct the interview ..and the management is soo poor they will not even ask for a glass of water to you. I've never faced this type of interviewer who would not even understand your attitude...he will ask only theoretical concepts..they should hire rattu tote instead of a great mind candidate.

I was hired via the campus recruitment drive. They have a smooth and transparent interview process. They are also very flexible with the interview dates, specially during this time of COVID.

I was called for the interview a week back. I traveled 2 hours to reach the place for the HR interview in this chilling cold. The interviewer was so rude literally. He rejected me in 3 mins hardly. If they were not ok with my profile then why did they asked me to come down. Complete non sense. They are literally making fun of young aspirants.

They call for me for interview I appeared no update till now no msg no mail,
And next week they are calling me again to appear for interview.
Its like employees are doing targets by sending us
They the confused after there own work.
But location is OK,near by metro stamm...m

Bunch of fake people. Just know how to waste people's time.

Flat hierarchy is the USP, undoubtedly. Friendly and positive work environment. Thumbs up!

I was called for interview some days back. After giving 2 rounds they told me that you are shortlisted and have to come on ** (date). No message,mail and phone call was received from them for the further schedule. And one day before they are confused if they selected me or not. Very poor management. So much confusion and Chaos between internal management. Think thrice before going

I currently work at Posterity. The organisation feels like a crash course in MBA. In my tenure of 6 months, I ve learnt more than I did in my college. Of course there are drawbacks to the place. Their work is worship, this place isn t for the faint hearted. The interview process is rigorous and they choose the best candidates. The current work force is at the top of the game pan India and the client list is proof to that.

Seedhe bolu toh aaraam karne ke liye nai hai job, mehnat karate hai. But even my experience with big companies, never left me with job satisfaction. I love coming in to work everyday. Of course salary important hai, and they see to it that actual pure talent and goal oriented employees are taken care of.

You can learn and grow, or crib about extreme work pressure. Abhi kaam nahi karenge toh kab karenge? Posterity has taught me that.
