I stopped by Postal Plus in College Station just to drop off some online returns, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even printed my return label at no extra cost, which is a nice change from the hidden fees I’ve dealt with at other UPS locations. Plus, the drop-off receipt came with a 10% discount code for their gift shop. I didn’t get much time to browse, but they had a nice selection of items suitable for small gifts or souvenirs. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my shipping needs.

Postal Plus in College Station had a mixed experience for us. The service felt a bit curt, with staff members who seemed disinterested and not particularly welcoming. We also noticed that their shipping rates are pricier than what you’d find with direct third-party carriers, which often handle boxing for you. At Postal Plus, they make it clear they don’t assist with packaging, essentially telling customers to find their own boxes and noting they won’t even provide tape. Speaking of tape, the one we bought was incredibly flimsy, difficult to tear from the roll, and prone to tearing easily. It’s certainly a unique approach to customer service.
