Shipped a package on 2/20/19, stressed how important it was that it was received by 2/25/19. Person working recommended 3-day Fed Ex ground shipping. My husband paid a fortune for this service. It's actually going to end up taking a full week to arrive. I should have shipped it USPS and saved myself the money. Then, when I called, the person working wanted to argue with me about it and told me I should have done it myself instead of letting my husband ship it.

Update: 2/27/19 the package has still not been delivered to the recipient.

The new owners are very friendly and have raised the bar for customer service. I can get my packages shipped here through any carrier instead of having to shop around between UPS FedEx and USPS. They don't even charge for tape!

Great owners that give hands on attention. I appreciate them knowing me when I walk in the door and all the services they provide right near my house.

Amazing postal service. The employees there are amazing and so incredibly friendly. They always are happy to talk to you and always describe the prices and give you the cheapest options. They just want to help you out. My go-to postal service!

$150 to ship overnight emergency asthma meds. Yeah, you know who it is.

Shipped a part out of here Jan 8 and it never showed on the other end. Stopped by to check tracking and showed never shipped. Next day got a call hey it showed up out for delivery. Couldn t be honest enough to tell me the truth...IT WAS STILL IN HIS STORE!!!! Will never use this place again.
