I recently ordered a wig from this company and was excited to try it out. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the quality didn't match the descriptions on their website. The texture felt different, and the color was off. 😕 Also, customer service took longer than I expected to respond, which was a bit frustrating. It's important for expectations to align, and my experience fell short. 👎
