What a treat. The museum now features free access on Fridays. Not sure for how long. Check the website for details. Wonderful to explore this beautiful museum and its collections.

Museum is worth visiting, I like the current David Driskell exhibit. Sculpture garden is pleasant.

Portland museum of art is beautifully set with strong collections from classic to modern and a nice cafe which offers a yummy blueberry hand held pie. It s not too big to enjoy in a few hours. Love the gay pride window too. Great way to spend a rainy few hours. Very worthwhile.

Wonderful small art museum with superb works of art. I loved it

I really enjoyed my time here. The PMA has a nice collection of local and regional artists. The current exhibit with Richard Estes Urban Landscapes is top notch. There are just enough works from the European masters (Picasso, Renoir, Degas, etc.) to balance everything out.

No complaints! The Portland Museum of Art has really beautiful pieces with local artists and famous ones. I highly recommend visiting on Fridays- which is the free day for everyone!

Nice little art museum a little bit pricey for the amount of art that they have there but they do have some very nice pieces and at least one Monet

Fantastic art exhibits at a fair price! Love the building and the cafe downstairs is a nice touch. This place is perfect for a local visit with your family and friends.
