Go literally anywhere else. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, and the nurses can't do their jobs properly. Ive gone a week now without Lexapro despite doing everything on my end. The only help Ive gotten is round after round of phone tag, and no explanations as to why I had to go over a week without SSRI's.

i went in here around a year and a half ago with andrew after going to the hospital and getting referred there. he seemed anxious every session, and instead of focusing on what i got referred for we focused on my anxiety. we requested another therapist after he told me to check up on other people after experiencing a loss. they told us it d take a while to find someone else. after hearing nothing, we called back a couple of months later and they said they d get it settled soon. it s been a year and i never got a new therapist. awful service for an awful place.
Porter stark is a joke. They allow seriously mentally unstable people to walk around free knowing they are destructive and dangerous
Do NOT go to Porter Starke services to see nurse practitioner Lisa Elg. She will discharge you without warning. Even after I called the office many times before the discharge beforehand to tell them I was transferring and to send my medical records to another psychiatrist. Now I can't see the therapist I really connected with because of this woman. Because she discharged me, they can no longer see me. I am so heartbroken, I really loved my therapist Jennifer.
Not to mention Lisa Elg made me cry horribly on the phone with my last visit with her, worsening my mental state. Stay away!!
I went into this place for emergency services because I was cutting. They said because I'm not suicidal and haven't cut in two weeks that they can't do anything for me. They said the best thing that they could do was give me therapy. They made me feel like no one could help me or do anything. Also they always are canceling my appointments and they are always running late.; This is a place that I recommend not going to. I am also a fourteen year old. They should be doing a lot more to be helping me.
I ve been trying to get my medical records from Annette Pierce for my disability case, for a month now. My attorneys made numerous attempts to get them and so have I. The judge in my case is going to have to issue them a subpoena, just to get my medical records for my case. I m going to be seeking mental health treatment elsewhere, when this is all done. Don t waste your time at Porter-Starke Services.
If I could rate zero stars for Dr. Goldstein, I would. My daughter s pediatrician actually said she was appalled by this man. We have had two doctor appointments, waited over TWO hours both times, just to be told we needed to reschedule, handed another appointment for over a month away. So it s been three months since my daughter has had her original appointment scheduled with this psychiatrist over life threatening issues. His staff is terrible!! They are SO rude! I never leave bad reviews, but this one deserves it. Go elsewhere!!
Thanks Porter Starke for holding me against my will despite my stability and lack of danger to myself. I'm so happy you sent a fraudulent medical bill a whole year later as well, without describing when you treated me or exactly what you did.
I called 3 times to get help for my son. Each time the person on the other end just hung up on me after a few minutes. It was 3 different people. Don't waste your time calling Porter Starke!
