The past two years I have used them without any trouble. Customer service has been fine. It seems as if something has changed this year. I have called them on three separate occasions to bring a unit to our business and it has not arrived. Even when a delivery times was confirmed it did not come. Today I cancelled the order and went elsewhere.

Porta Kleen provided showers for a week long event in AZ this week, everything worked well, so happy to have them, the best customer service from Joe. He is kind and clearly takes pride in his work.

Porta Kleen has set a new bar for customer service for me!

They have done an exceptional job of supporting us from solution development (toilet trailers set up within the warehouse during construction, making it a good experience for our associates during these cold months), ongoing support (they are extremely responsive to any issues we have, even when this issues are user error), and the entire team being extremely pleasant to work with.

I look forward to the next opportunity to work with Porta Kleen!
