There is lots of study space and the free wifi is great. I like being near a window which they have more than enough of. However, I don't appreciate that the children's area is right beside the quiet study space. Im all for kids spending time in the library but if they were able to separate the two it would be 5 stars

I love the place it is conveniently located in Port Moody, you can extend the time online for your borrowed books and you can also use the book return drop-in for after hours. This summer together with city hall they had an initiative to encourage kids to read more and it worked with my 8y. old. So thank you guys.

Fantastic staff - every single one of them! Excellent infant toddler programme. An all round nice little library. Donated gas fireplace in the front section with cozy chairs. Study booths a kids are with donated train set. Staff are extremely helpful and resourceful.

Very quiet and peaceful place to read or study. Parking is not an issue here. Lots of great shops and restaurants walking distance if you need a break. On site security which is good. Lots of work stations.

Wonderful place. Always hosting interesting events! I've participated in reading around the world with a fake passport stamped with each new read, and a blind book date for Valentines. The library has some of the newest books I'm interested in, it has a fireplace to read by, and an app!

We wrote to the board of directors requesting the WiFi routers in the children's area, holds area, as well at the front desk be removed/moved due to our physician's recommendation (whose daughter is also sensitive to WiFi) although that request went completely ignored. There are mountains of evidence from universities and independent studies whereby EHS (electrosensitivity) cases are on the rise. Scientists predicts by 2025, at least 50% if not more of the population will have suffer from symptoms as it has an accumulation effect. We cannot understand why the library insists on having more routers than it did in the past since the city of Port Moody (city hall) already provides free WiFi. Very disappointed as we heavy relied on their services for our homeschooler.

Great library. Not as new as the Coquitlam library building, but i kinda love that! They always have the books I want in stock, because not as many people seem to patronise this library. It's quiet, has great selection of books, TV, and movies, including plenty of new stuff. Lovely location, and a great quiet place to browse and retreat.
