Love this place. Love Canada!

Love this place. Love Canada!
Port is right in the city. There's times of taxis outside, the subway by crossing the street. A boardwalk to the right side. Restaurant heaven a couple blocks away.... Beautiful views just from the port or Canada Place.

Be aware that the Delane' Canada gift store at the port will RIP you off. I was told my item was $10 USD, merchant swiped my card for $100 USD. I was still in the store when I noticed their error and they quickly pointed to their No refunds sign.. this was their error and they refused to correct it. They stole my money! FRAUDS! Port authority should be aware they are ripping off their guests!

Friendly staff. Easy baggage drop off. Relatively efficient border processing. Things can get nutty though when 3 ships are at port at the same time. They can further improve passenger flows and processes better.

Beautiful! I love watching the Seabus sailing across the water and the view of the mountains. Going here in the morning is peaceful and quiet. Restaurants nearby are really nice; especially the gelato place.

In terms of being a point of interest Canada Place is beautiful. As far as a cruise ship terminal goes, I found the port of vancouver terminal (located within Canada Place) to be confusing in terms of signage... very chaotic. Also had a frustrating experience trying to contact CDS baggage service at the cruise ship termimal beforehand. They don't activate voice mail when they are unable to pick up the phone. The phone number on the port of vancouver website is correct but there's no message saying if the office is closed (FYI - baggage service is only open during cruise ship days). Very challenging if you're trying to plan ahead. It's wise to arrive for your cruise extra early or get a nearby hotel room the night before so you can familiarize yourself with the terminal and take care of logistics. Online information about navigating the terminal is limited.

My boat stopped in the middle of ocean close to Lion's gate Bridge this afternoon. We found out that one hose exploded. While I was communicating with C-Tow, Port Authority Vancouver vessel approached and asked if we were okay and how long it would take for C-Tow to come. When I answered it would be 45minutes, they towed our boat to the nearest dock which was Lions gate Marina for our safety. I didn't ask for names of two gentlemen, but thank you so much and pray for all the blessings.

Beautiful and breathtaking scenery. One of my favourite places in vancouver. While the atmosphere is relaxed and casual the view is anything but ordinary. You can see for miles along the water and there s tons of beautiful areas to sit and enjoy the view. Plus there are so many great stores along this area which makes it even more enjoyable.

Our cruiseship arrived at this port last week. This port has nice view all around. Canada Line is within walking distance for public transportation to go direct to airport. Our friend came to pick us up and is convenient for pick up with free grace period of 15 minutes. From here, you can see air taxi arrival and take off where almost no other cruise port in the world have this.
