Quite small but very atmospheric airport. Service is okay eating also okay big queues sometimes but generally very good airport I recommend
I like this airport. Well-groomed and well-organized. The drawback is the zeal of employees at the gates. I do not think I've ever met such servants.
In my opinion, the weakest airport in Poland! Less and less flight offer, no possibility to pick up passengers arriving at the door, senseless clinging to the type of zip bag (capacity according to the rules) - while at other airports is ok, it is known that in Poznan you will need to throw away cosmetics, because they give a different bag, to which nothing can fit anymore! Service very gruff, I feel some power and wild pleasure. And the result, unfortunately, that despite the few flights you have to stand in long queues! Toilets are always dirty.
The passport check was terrible so disorganised and it took forever. Waited over 30 mins with lots of people pushing in!
If you don't have a holiday charter, this is a very quiet airport. Very nice after modernization. Maybe a bit too big considering the number of connections, but maybe it will be better used over time. Compared to other Polish airports, it's not bad.
I don't know where all these negative reviews come from. I flew here seven times and never encountered a mess during check-in or security checks, rudeness on the part of the service, dirt, etc. The only disadvantages with the accumulation of several flights are a bit too long queue for security and strange decisions regarding redirections (to distant airports). Despite this, 5 stars for a pleasant, clean and modern terminal, parking next to it and a large selection of charters. If someone is not on his strength looking for things to stick to, he will be pleased. I recommend 100%.
Nice and easy. Checkpoint was very smooth for my late evening flight. Airport has a few shops and place to eat or have coffee open from 4am - 0:00am
One of the longest expectations for luggage in my life, you can see that the service is not about raising standards and presenting the quality of other airports ...
I absolutely advise against traveling from this airport. What is to be a pleasure, airport staff can efficiently turn into a passenger's nightmare. Despite the huge queue for security, only 2 of 6 gates are open. Lack of any coordination of passenger traffic, lack of cooperation between border guards and airlines. Waiting for luggage pick up despite being one passengers forever ...
Small, clean and comfortable airport. Quite convenient location, buses from Pozna go around the clock. There are free WiFi, sockets and toilets.
The worst airport I've ever flown. SOL service is a mockery. I do not know if they have any arrangements with someone who sells cosmetics bags, but I think they do. At the safety briefing, I had everything packed as needed, Rosman bottles 100ml in a transparent Rosman beautician with a string clasp. At every other airport, it's ok. Here they told me to put them in their sack with the ass dimensions. I had a second backup from London airport, they said they had different standards. Shock. I had to throw away half of the cosmetics. Rams and that's it. The worst airport in PL.
The first 10 minutes in the parking lot for free. The first 15 minutes PLN 20 etc ... the most expensive parking in Pl
I recommend, experience better than at the Chopin airport in Warsaw.
Nice airport, not many places to spend time before your flight
Good efficient airport with nice and quick service.
Waiting time for luggage. 1 aircraft for service. Scandal.
Very rude border guard. Unfortunately, I have to fly through this airport and I often call out 10 times for 7 border guards.
The airport is constantly being modernized and expanded is a plus, unfortunately the staff leave a lot to be desired and this significantly reduces the scores.
Not too big, but well thought out and managed! Parking lots around provide comfort associated with the possible access and detention of the car!
Security check feels so important. It's a bit funny
This airport is an absolute disgrace. The staff is very rude and they throw your valuables like if it was a bag of potatoes - absolutely no respect for passengers belongings. When asked for some help they just pretend they don't understand. Finally, when I wanted to make a complaint I was ignored and told to fill in a form on their website. Avoid at all cost!
Check-in without reservations, while the arrival and, in particular, the waiting time for suitcases is a mockery. We waited for luggage about 55 minutes, that is almost an hour. It is worth noting that several suitcases were released on one tape and the remaining ones on 2, of course, without any information. Everything can be understood, but only two planes landed at a similar time, and it should not matter anyway.
Prices on the dam zone! The price of mineral water is even more prohibitive!
The airport is clean and everything runs smoothly, except baggage claim and prices at the Beer restaurant PLN 17 exaggeration
No soap in the dispensers. No drinking water dispensers. Noisy construction and renovation works in the nonschengen while passengers are waiting for departure. Terrible noise.
A very small airport not prepared for people visiting airports
Clearly good access from the Center, even better check-in as for Modlin (potato), the inscription on the clothes of the Airport Security Guard wonders? Is this a Greater Poland wording? DROZYZNA at Polish airports is a NORMA, although price pearls do appear Ogolnoe Poznan better falls as shit Modlin Who criticizes Poznan I propose to visit Modlin and pseudo terminal during rush hour
This is not the first airport where I had the pleasure to stay, but poorly here with a cleaning service.
The airport is small but clean and "friendly". I recommend using the awica. For me, the second airport in Poland after Ok cie
Covid: the arrival door is closed, but you will only find out about it after you pass the entire airport from the card on the door, i.e. the classic kiss of the door handle. Then you go back to the departures entrance to find out that you won't come in without your boarding pass anyway. As if it was not possible to prepare decent signs for people for 5 months of the epidemic, so that they would not have to walk in and out without sense. Is visitor-friendly airport management really that difficult?
Management will be God's death! Maybe it's worth closing the airport already.
This is a tragedy. No access to toilets and waiting outside.
Small airport. Control is added, probably because there are few passengers and employees have to do something. At the big airport it would be unacceptable, it would mean a gigantic queue. Plus, it's so peaceful and you do not have to go through a million stores to get to your goal.
No where near as good as the other Polish airports I've been through. Disorganised at security, expensive "duty free" (half litre flavoured vodka was 20zlt in Lidl but 34zlt in the airport), poor selection of food once beyond passport control, wrong gate number was initially given, bit disorganised at the correct gate. Otherwise it was okay.
Watch out at the Pozna airport. Policemen stop under the pretext of a lack of belts, fire fighting, triangle. They let go as the free entry time passes, i.e. after 10 minutes. You have a ticket and you must buy a ticket for 20 zlotys to leave. But if you want to leave, there is no police or security guard anymore.
outrageously expensive entry, small parking, no revelations
Everything went on too long. If there is more than 1 aircraft at a time, it is already a challenge. For the first time I had an departure / arrival from this airport and on average I remember it. There may be no tragedy but there are many things to improve!
Quiet, calm and clean, if not 3 planes leave at once, everything is fine and goes smoothly :)
someone will explain to me why entering the oloty hall you have to look for check in. Who designed them practically in another building?
I have landed several times. Small airport but kept to the best standard.
In my life at no airport I have not met such a boorish and arrogant service yet. I have no idea where they got them from, but as someone wrote earlier, 'they are suitable for throwing out dung', even though it would make them outgrow.
In addition, despite all this over-zealousness of the staff there is almost always a queue to check-in.
when we go on vacation with our family, we always go first because of small children. great service, not what in other countries
Good infrastructure. Quick check-in. Nice service. A little space in parking lots, but there is always something
I have already visited a lot of airports but this is my favorite
Airport joke. For 4 control gates, 2 open. Lots of people because 3 or 4 flights at almost the same time. A kilometer queue. The service man spreads his hands and says that if you are late it is difficult and you can claim compensation and there is nothing he can do. Even though you are 2 hours before departure, you may not be able to make it anyway and the staff can't help it. Rash behavior, frivolous handling. The first and the last time, I strongly advise against this airport. Kites can launch, not airplanes.
Rather uninteresting, but at least you can't get lost.
Clutter with luggage, damaged suitcases, parking problem ... I do not recommend
I could not reach the hotline at 8:30 in the morning (
OK, it just does the job. It is far from modern airport standards, on the other hand it is not a big hub.
One shop with three food items on the cross and a thieving margin. One cafe with even higher prices. Normal rest.
I like the airport, minus a huge no left-luggage office !!!
Compact, convenient, practical. There is no panic and running around.
Drama. Check in baggage began much too late. Queues to check in and therefore we came on board a lot late (not us only). Everything is due to the airport's fault.
I could see this great airport and I will say quite pretty here, I was flying by Ryanair on a plane, I was looking at it, I was flying to Spain from above but it is not magdonalds you can eat coffee, I recommend this airport :);)
Tiny airport with 11 boarding gates, security check is fast. Now in winter it looks empty and quiet, but because of its capabilities I anticipate that in summer / high season it must be chaos
A medium-sized airport that is underdeveloped for travelers
Unfortunately, despite the fact that this is my hometown, I have to say that it is one of the worst airports I travel through and I fly about 60 flights a year. Queues for security for about 30 minutes of standing, shoddy toilets with the smell of urine at any time of the day, even in the morning! The complete failure, however, is the release of luggage. Although the airport lands a maximum of 3 aircraft per hour, luggage is issued after 40-60 min. There is a complete mess here: the number of the tape on which the luggage leaves does not appear, the luggage from two flights is mixed on one tape, the information appears on the board that the luggage was released, after which the tape again throws the luggage only nobody knows which flight it is from . MASAKRA !!!
The potential passenger is forced to face concrete with poorly paid, contracted employees employed by third companies at the lowest rates. And how to demand a culture and human approach from someone like that, a 2.5-hour man. In addition, they stress and shout at passengers at every possible opportunity. Maybe it is worth going out sometimes from behind your desks and see what is going on down below, at the level of ordinary people. Messrs. Bykowski and Wiatrowski - eminent owners of this shrine!
Unfortunately, it ends with aspirations and Western slogans. The airport does not provide pick-up traveling by car, without passing through 12 gates and 15 charges waiting for them or stopping in prohibited places. An airport with great western aspirations, where only the management is satisfied with work and pay. You really should be ashamed of the real level of Hau. Shame on all Poland and half Europe.
Organizationally OK, gastronomy prices definitely too high.
Passport control is a joke, takes ages in queue. They justify their existence. The only security control in Europe where they confiscate honey in a tiny jar. Otherwise the airport is nice, car hire is great and Poznan city is lovely.
A tiny, intimate airport, with a convenient bus connection to the center of Pozna . I only flew out of here once, but the impressions were fine. I was positively surprised by the large selection of alcohols in the duty-free zone for such a small port. A small minus for medium comfortable chairs.
Once again, I waited for my luggage much longer than anywhere else, so it's probably not a coincidence, and in times of the pandemic I didn't even see a place for hand disinfection, weird. +1 for a rather cheap long-term parking p5 / p6 - PLN 59.
Wasnt let trough security until 2hr before flight (even though my pass was easily scanned), not much of a food choice or the prices WAY too expensive, wi fi partially working, 2 delayed flights - both 40 min, not many power outlets, GOOD connection with the city center through bus
