Port Huron Police Department Reviews

We were almost side swiped by the number 3 bus when we were at farley and 20th. We call Blue water transit dispatch who would not even take the complaint. When we stated we were going to call the police they stated good luck we are city works the police was not going to do anything.

Well they were right we were told that someone would look into it and call us back were even guaranteed that we were talking to an office and not a cadet and he would take care of it.

One week later we are still waiting we called again and have had no return phone call. (we record all our calls with PHPD and the city)

Not only did we not get any call backs but we reached out to not only the city manager who refuses to return our phone calls.

We then reached out to the city council who also stated they would address the problem and have yet to return our phone calls.

We also have a recording of the mayor stating it doesn't matter that they have been sued their insurance will not go up because the city is self insured. With leadership like this shows exactly why the city has the difficulties it has.

Now we have no shortage of phone calls like this with the city and its "Officials"

Lol a 2.9.... well now I feel better about my self-esteem

Last night we were out trick or treating with my grandchildren and an officer stopped us , I didn t get his name but wanted to thank him for the candy! It was very appreciated and made my grandchildren happy! Shout out to this officer for his kindness!!

A job that nobody wants to do. But when the poop hits the wall. Some one gots to do the job.

My wife had a hit and run accident. She got their lisence plate number, make and model and then waited almost 2 hours for a PH police officer to show up.

the police do there job they work hard all day and sometimes all m=night stop being rude to them if you were a police officer how would you feel if someone was hurting your feeling. be respectfull

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Didn't do anything when 2 minors broke into my garage, not once, but twice, inorder to steal from me. They completely mangled 1 door beyond repair, on the 1st visit. And damaged another on their 2nd visit. Yet, can find time tocome to my house when a neighbor makes a complaint about my Pitt bull playing in my yard, with my 3yr old and my boyfriend, while not on a leash. And, it was christmas!
