PORSCHE CENTER LUXEMBOURG Review

Pitiful service.
Very bad communication.

2h wait (without notice) to switch summer to winter wheels.
The car was supposed to be completely cleaned but I got it back dirtier than I left it, with many marks on the leather seats and the whole interior.

Million miles away from the quality of service expected when you go to a Porsche Center.

Very friendly and very comportant. All round service for New and old models.

Pumping some new young blood, sure that it helps to continue to develop the service provided to customers .. well done!

Staff is very friendly but communication in English isn't my suggestion. I had work done but the agreement of the actual work was different then what I understood it to be. Price was agreed upon though. They also highlighted additional work which was expected. For me the difficulty was in the communication.

Very bad attitude by sales staff. I asked what % discount can be given, he said, I am in the wrong place, and if I want to complain, he can give me the email of his CEO. Indeed, I was in the wrong place, as I am going to a different Porsche dealer where they treat customers with respect.
