Just bought my first quality bike from here. Great service and a great price. They helped me find the right bike that was in my price point. It was assembled great and they helped me with the fine tuning adjustments so the bike fit me perfect.

Nothing but great things to say despite them being excessively busy they were able to ship my package out to Canada in less then 12 hours. Yes I did wait 5 weeks to receive my items but every carrier is way overloaded don t blame them. If your not in the USA expect 2 months for delivery!! Package with my tires, brake parts and other odds and ends arrived well packaged and secure and well the customs declaration was spot on for wholesale price :)

I've been ordering old school BMX stuff from Porkchop BMX for over a decade. I have purchased tires, pedals, brake adapters, handle bars, pad sets, number plates, grips, chain rings, seats, axle nuts, rims, headsets, decals, seat clamps, hubs, rim strips,chin ring bolts... even bought a complete 1982 Schwinn Mini Thrasher 10 or 11 years ago. I have always had phenomenal customer service. Prices have always been fair and the scratch & dent items I have purchased were in great condition. Their standard seems exceptionally high for both merchandise and the way they treat their customers. They did once ship me the wrong color item. The correct item arrived so quickly it made my head spin. Since they've never published a phone number or taken orders by phone, I cannot comment on their phone demeanor. I am pretty sure no one else can either.
