We have wanted to go here for quite some time. We finally were in the spot to go for lunch, hoping things weren t crowded. We got right in! The hostess seated us and was very helpful in getting us a booster seat for our daughter. We looked at the menu for a few minutes and set them down, awaiting our server for our order. And we waited. And we waited. At one point they brought food to our table that was meant for our neighboring table. We still waited. It was busy. The wait staff passed our table countless times, and we watched while several more tables were seated and served drinks. After 20 minutes I went back down to the hostess and asked if they could send our server and explained we hadn t been helped yet. We waited 5 more minutes, watched at least three servers pass us again, and when no one seemed to be coming, we decided to leave. When we got to the entrance and asked for a Manager, our server, Lance, came down and asked if we had been helped yet and tried to seat me! I told him we had not and we had been sitting upstairs for almost 30 min! He said that was his table and he apologized. I told him he passed us numerous times and never once acknowledged us. I told him I was upset and he said he would tell the manager, I told him I would let him know myself. A few minutes later Dylan came as the Manager on duty. I explained that we had been waiting for 30 minutes and no one had approached us. I also explained it was our first, and probably last visit and it was disappointing since we had read great reviews. He said he was sorry, that Lance was just taking food out to a table and would help us, but I cut him off and told him we would be leaving and would most likely not be back. He apologized again and said he hoped to see us in the future. It was a very busy place, but that is no excuse to completely ignore a table of guests. There were at least 3 servers we saw upstairs and we were looked over for a half hour. Several times they looked at us in passing, never once offering assistance, or even to find our waiter. Luckily for us our 2 year old was uncharacteristically well behaved and patient. So disappointed.
