No body answer the call. Sales, purchasing, management ... etc

No communication at all.

Difficulty entering the factory without an appointment

This is the most stuiped company I knew in my life. First they don't open on Fridays nor on Saturdays, secondly if you come to their showroom they will not allow you to enter if you don6 have a prior appointment. Taking in consideration their showroom is almost 40 km from Abu Dhabi City still they will not allow you to see their show if you come without an appointment.

We have sent the emails , calls they don t respond. We reach to there factory they don t even open the gate! Sales team when you call they need appointment before they meet anyone. I believe they have more business so they don t need to respond the local market. It s really disappointing!!!
