Is this a real company? When I asked "why are you calling me at 5:15 on a Sunday evening" he said we work every day 9-9...that's not what your opening hours say? Really fishy and didn't seem legitimate.
This company need to stop cold calling people. Said the are ringing people in Ealing and Southall I live in neither area. Have asked on numerous occasions to have my number removed but they never do!

This company makes unsolicited calls to numbers they have mined from the web (probably including companies house info).
Poorly managed company. Ran by immature oversized children. Frequently turn up for shifts and their aren't even the basic requirement of enough chairs to seat the staff booked in. The decor, carpets, chairs etc are all from a bygone age, yellowing, torn and decrepit. Everything smells terrible. All the 'management' staff are just poorly trained kids straight out of (or still in) uni, without a clue how the real world works. It's embarrasing. Gave my daughter a job rather than have her waste any more time there.
Management are very rude and unprofessional. Will cancel you shifts half way through or if there s technical problems they will not pay you even though you showed up to work. The supervisors think they can talk to you however they want. Just overall bad work environment with minimum pay.
No stars if you could. Cold called and asked to take a 4 minute survey. When asked what kind of survey and commissioned by whom, the reply was I m not allowed to say... What kind of fool am I taken to be?
Had been calling me for a few weeks and I'd ignored them. At least they had the decency to call from a Google-able number. I eventually caved and answered. The lady was from Newcastle and very polite. Turns out it was just a market research survey. No personally identifiable data was given and the questions were anonymous. It took about 8-10 minutes and most questions were answered on a scale of 1-9 after she had read out the question. Others were multiple choice.
Was very professional and just doing her job. Said I could opt out at any point or refuse to answer any specific questions.
I'd rather not have spent 10 minutes on a Friday evening on the phone, but anytime I hear about poll data on the radio and think to myself "this data can't be accurate, I've never been asked for my opinion", I can now think that my input is part of the picture.
