I was wondering that the processing loan. In the website what they are promised within 48 hours they granted the loan. Further they way that people are interacted with me is very nice and excellent. Thank you for providing the finance in a right with lower interest compared to the others.

BAD, AVOID AVOID- I am a CA+ CMA (INDIA) +CMA (USA) qualified in 1995. 10 days back this firm's agency has colected my loan application documents, and no reply for 10 days. Once i mailed to CA presidnt cc to IFAC, then they repleid suddenly that my loan application got rejected. They do not share proper reasons for rejection. I am not botherred about acceptance/ rejection of a loan of Rs 5 lacs, but let should be done with proper reason. As i am working with PFPL more than 1.5 year and I am getting v good exposure and I am lucky to have with Poonawalla Group

No proper co-ordination between teams. Documents would be collected and reply wouldn't be given properly. Don't understand whats the meaning of internal policies, just a reason to reject the case. Also, dont understand what's the qualification of credit analysts as they can make decision in 5 min. chat whether the amount is to be processed or not

The customer service person without even checking anything is letting the customer down. Don't go if u need loan to these ppl. they are false promises with fake taglines. Poor Customer service, no way to talk to potential customers. Rate it not even 1 (SHEETAL - customer service in experienced gal)
