Our role includes managing design development through RIBA stages 1-7; tender preparation; contractor selection; contract administration; site inspections & valuations through to completion & handover.
Principal Designer Services
We also offer Principal Designer (PD) services which include advising Clients on their duties under CDM2015 regulations regarding health & safety risks during design stage up until construction starts on site when it becomes the responsibility of the Principal Contractor. We work with designers to ensure that risks are eliminated or reduced as far as possible and that information is provided to contractors in a clear and concise manner.
