I had a negative experience with Pool Service Srl. The staff was unprofessional and did not fix my pool issues properly. I had to call them multiple times to get them to come back and fix their mistakes. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

The service provided by Pool Service Srl was average. The staff were professional and arrived on time. However, I feel that the quality of their work could have been better. They fixed my pool pump, but it started malfunctioning again after a couple of weeks. Overall, an okay experience.
