Service was timely and complete. Serviceman was very adept at installation and gave good maintenance tips. Overall service was excellent.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I though I would make an exception this time... I wasn't quite sure what was wrong with my pool, and I figured it would cost a fortune to fix. I got a few quotes from other companies with varying results. Once I contacted Pool Doctor of the Palm Beaches, I was sure that I found the company that I will use forever. Their prices were very fair and the service was exceptional! They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it right away.

Had an Appointment between 10-11am to refinish my pool, Never Showed. No follow up call to cancel or reschedule. I called the next day to find out what happen. They Said due to an emergency they canceled all appointments yesterday and they can reschedule me. I refused and told them Ill find a reliable company. I find it amazing that they cant even take the time to call there customers to let them know no one is coming. Don't waste your time, staying home waiting for these guys.

Pool Doctor both built and have maintained our pool for the past 4 years. They did a fantastic job building our beautiful pool. Since then our service has been great. Any issues resolved within days. I highly recommend Pool doctor.

They are what you are afraid of as you look for a company to build your pool. Make sure you get every detail on paper exactly as you expect it because you can t trust them. Took far longer than expected, crew littered all over property. Build quality bad. Pretty much exactly what you don t want from a pool company. Wish I had read this review before contracting them to build our pool.

Let me start of and say the pool doctor fixed my problem asap. they were able to find my problem very quick and fixed it very fast. Also they are very cheap but didn't lack quality at ALL. and let me stress that the material was very high quality. overall the best pool repair in palm beach.

They are always responsive, punctual and are experts in troubleshooting and fixing issues. I highly recommend as they are the pool doctor of West Palm Beach.

As usual, the problem was discovered and diagnosed by my technician (Pedro). it was called in immediately. I received a call right away and the service tech appeared the very next day. He confirmed the diagnoses and installed the new motor. Could'nt have been a better experience.

I called to have an estimate done. We scheduled an appointment for the following day at 10-11 am. I took off time from work to be there. The guy who was supposed to come by never showed up. I didn't get a call from their office until 4pm to tell me they were needing to reschedule for tomorrow. I told them I wasn't interested anymore and will go with another company that will actually show up to the estimate.

Did a lot of research on pools and installers . I also live in a community where many neighbors installed pools with several contractors along with all their insight, problems and issues. There s a lot to know and be concerned about. It s not just price which is how many decide. Pool doctor became a top choice quickly. Professional, stable, longtime contractor! Unusual in the pool business as well as Florida contractors!! Pool doctor did a fantastic job, clear, concise, clean and professional. No games just a straight forward project! Scheduling and employees were top notch. Good communication keeping you informed and educated on what to expect on the project. A lot of moving pieces, and they get an A+ !!
If I were doing another pool in the future, I will use them again.

I have a pool at a vacation home down in Florida and after heading back down there to spend the fall and winter we realized that the cover had been damaged and as a result the pool was in rough shape. I got hold of Pool Doctor and they were able to come out the next day and take care of getting everything back to being clean and working great. When it comes to West Palm beach pool maintenance these guys are fast and friendly and offer great customer service. Being a business owner myself I have to say these guys know what they are doing and I plan on using them in the future for any other pool needs.

These guys never show up for appointments. Took off work twice to meet them for quotes only to have them call later to tell me they need to reschedule. Will look for a more dependable pool company.

For us, the Snow Birds we trust the Pool Doctor crew with what we need. The at home techs, the office crew and the owner are special people.

If we could put ZERO stars we would. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE POOL DOCTOR OF THE PALM BEACHES. They are not only incompetent in their ability to be truthful (don't trust a word Dean Schiller says) but their incompetence in properly installing a hot tub is glaring. The owner Rob, along with his team Dean, Melissa, Claudia, etc all string you along to run out the clock on their BS "warranty". From day 1 our hot tub has been leaking. Not only have they not fixed the problem, they've destroyed the aesthetics of the spa and are rude & condescending. They take months to respond to constant requests to fix our brand new spa, while the owner Rob, threatened to not fix the issues unless we took down our negative yet truthful review. They only respond to save face but couldn't care less about the quality of their work. This has been a nightmare from Day 1. Find another company or be prepared for massive stress, excuses & improper installation. It's been a domino effect of problems. One thing is broken, then another then another. Just today our breaker made a violent pop and now we're at risk of getting electrocuted. Maybe if that happens they will respond finally but it's doubtful as they've moved on to other unsuspecting people they can con. They happily took our money & have yet to deliver a properly installed spa. POOL DOCTOR OF THE PALM BEACHES IS A SHAMEFUL COMPANY.

After years of dealing with Ma and Pa companies that could not get my pool right, did not show up when they said they would, and left a mess behind, a company that spells everything out in a contract, is always prompt and professional, and does great work. I do not even remember our pool being that blue when we first got it! George, my weekly pool guy does not speak the best English, but somehow he manages to communicate his point, and to listen to me, far better than any of the other guys ever did!

Pool Doctor of the Palm Beaches recently resurfaced our pool and installed a color-changing light fixture. They did a phenomenal job, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Everyone we dealt with - from management and office staff to the work crew - provided top-notch customer service. The employees who came out were professional and pleasant - they literally whistled while they worked! They paid attention to detail and the end result is gorgeous. It looks like we have a brand new pool, and the color-changing lights provide such amazing ambiance! I highly recommend Pool Doctor of the Palm Beaches.

We called Pool Doctor just days before a big party to report the pump was making stranger noises and not cleaning well. They came out immediately, and replaced the motor under warranty that same day!!! My pool looked great for our Big Day!

Very satisfied with the diagnosis and replacement under warranty of 2 month old pump. Less satisfied with the quality of pump itself, shouldn't fail in 60 days. I am long term customer (10 yrs) of Pool Doc. and they are honest, very reliable, and a pleasure to deal with!

Have used Pool Dr. for 2 years now. They have done everything from weekly service to a resurface of the pool. Everything is done to perfection. I would recommend them to anyone. I am sure you will find someone who might be a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for and the quality and professional service is well worth it.

Spa was not maintaining water level. Check valve was replaced and work was done in a professional manner at a fair price. Have been a customer for over 15 years and continue to be very happy with services. Thanks.
