Pontypridd & Rhondda NHS Trust Review

Visited this hospital few times over the summer and always felt supported and cared for. People working there are absolutely amazing. I want to thank them for helping me with my issues and especially Sian and Rachel for their help and support in such uneasy times. They've been very caring and professional. I honestly don't know what would have happened to me if not for their support and help.

Does anyone answer the bloody phone in this place appointment 3.30 car crash in porth roads blocked ringing for 20 minutes no answer

So far we have been waiting for over an hour and a half for a repeat prescription.... still waiting so by the time we get the bloody prescription it will be closer to two hours. Unacceptable.

Slightly older hospital but taff vale practice surgery is here and had a referb looks great and clean
