I have to say that my experience with Pontin's was average. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall facilities were not up to par. The rooms were clean, but they could use some updating. The food was mediocre at best. I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I wasn't overly impressed either.
Recently visited a holiday park and had a great time! The entertainment was fantastic, and the kids enjoyed every minute of it. The accommodation was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!
