Had to make a quick stop to grab a few things. I know it was closing time. I was trying to make it quick. When they started harassing my husband reminding him when they close he left and we took our business somewhere else. Customers want to feel welcomed, not reminded how unfortunate you are to have to lock the door right at 5:00.
Great people. They will go out of their way to help you .We needed a mouthpiece for my daughter's clarinet on a Sunday. Store was closed. We actually saw staff at Home Depot, and told them what happened and asked what time can we come up Monday. We were shocked to hear them say go up there now, and we will fix it! They told us any time we had an emergency like that to message them on Facebook and they will immediately reply with help. We have been working with Ponce for 4 years, we will not go anywhere else! They honestly care about Forsyth counties musical kids! They have showed us they put the kids first in their hearts. They work with parents and actually make it where you can afford to have your child in band! Thank you Ponce!

Great staff- very friendly. Good selection of acoustic guitar strings. I have worked with Grayson several times for string replacement, set-up, fret cleaning and conditioning for an old Ovation Balladeer, and she sounds and plays better than ever!
Wonderful service from a wonderful group of staff who come together to combine their knowledge of music and musical instruments. It is warm to know that they are willing to answer many questions from those who are beginning in music to those who are much more advanced.
I desire to compose a much more detailed synopsis of my two visits thus far in the near future. I do bring my recommendation to the majority of musicians who are youngsters starting out, young adults starting out, later adults starting out, to the same demographic who may be more advanced in their journey to becoming accomplished musicians.
These folks are terrific. They helped us out at the local high school with great advice and no pressure. They even offered to come to the school to help us with no strings attached. We're lucky to have them in our community.

The size should not fool you as they seem to have plenty of inventory for anything musical and certainly can get it if not.
I and my children are beginners, so have a ton of questions that would have most sales representatives rolling their eyes and counting the time but not a single one of my weekly trips has been that way here.
Very personable and helpful staff with extended personal teachers in a variety of categories.
I would not go anywhere else for my musical needs and I do a ton of research before I buy! So, trusting them to get what I will be happy with, is pretty defining.

Great little shop! Everyone I have talked to is eager to help. If they don't have the answer, they know who does. I have taken guitar lessons from Chris Martin for about 6 months and he has been awesome.
