This Pomona dining establishment looks interesting on approach, however, the real magic is inside where the deco takes you to an earlier time in the history of California, that is the days of hard rock mining, The cuisine is excellent, with steaks the preferred dining option. The salad/soup bar.
This is a great location. Great view. It is enjoyable to have a window seat. One tip though. If you want to sit by the window, they reserve those tables for people making reservations. So, even if you are going when it is not busy, and you don't need a reservation, make one anyway if you want a window seat. The food was really good, and HOT! The salad bar was good. We may have to try it again sometime at sunset.
The rib eye steak was a highlight of my meal because of the great flavor. Also it was cooked to absolute perfection!!
To dine here is Devine! Formal or casual the food does not judge.servers are a wonderful bunch and the music won't send you running back out this nostalgic setting nestled in the hills of pomona convenient location hard to miss I suggest stop wondering about the hilltop restaurant and go see for self satisfaction I doubt it disappoints. Good eats traveling locals

Food was solid and service was very attentive.. the view is a beautiful calming experience while you eat. A bit aged but for sure a place that has earned it's place in the local history. Which brings me to the desert. The bread pudding was tasty but the miners pie was awesome!!
The food was not spectacular, but it was decent. I enjoyed all the options. My favorites were the crab legs, pork ribs (they had beef ribs, too) and eggs Benedict. For the price, I think this was a good deal. I do wish the food tasted better, but again, for the price it was good. Well ok, the champagne that kept getting poured definitely made it worth it :)

I was the dj for an event at this venue recently, and I was surprised that I had not done any events here before. The view from the room are amazing. They had buffet style brunch, which was really good.
The access in and out was pretty easy. Power outlets were easily available. Setup was pretty straightforward. Looking forward to doing an event there again.
Had to take a moment and mention my recent visit..Was visiting family in Pomona..They decided to treat me to a birthday dinner here..Absolutely loved everything we tried....from the Calamari to my ice cream birthday surprise, Amanda was top notch..efficient, friendly and just all around made the evening more enjoyable..I work at Universal Orlando in foods and I soooooo appreciate great service..Thanks again Amanda...hopefully see you next visit..BTW..try not to fill up on their Yummy complimentary cheese bread..
