We stayed during Memorial Day weekend first off this place looks abandoned. There was no landscaping done the paint was peeling off there were broken windows and based off of the pictures of the rooms on the website we spent the extra money and got the suite type room king size bed in separate room with pull out couch. The room overall at first glance was not bad it wasn t until we started unpacking that we found bloody tissues under the bed, all the drawers of the dressers and end tables looked like they hadn t been cleaned .ever, there was hair in the bathtub, in the sinks, all over the floor. The water park was not explained to us that it was located separately from the pool by the lobby (no big deal we walked around and found it) the kids area water was too cold for our two year old to swim in. By the water slides the lazy river lights were out but it made it kind of spooky so that was ok. The other kids area only one of the water activities was working which didn t make it too much fun for our little one. Overall it wasn t too bad if they took more effort and cared more about appearances I think this place really could be a hit but we will definitely not be coming back.

We booked our stay for automotion weekend, months in advance. We got there morning of to find out they closed because their staff was quarantining. We didn t receive a call or email letting us know, then had to quickly search, on the busiest weekend of the year, to find a new place to stay. Had to pay twice as much for day of stays at every hotel we looked at. Finally found one but super upset with the way they handled this.

This was a great family getaway! Price was excellent and plenty of fun activities for the kids. Hotel staff was friendly and gave great recommendations for local activities and places to eat.

I just wanted to say that we had the absolute best experience and time with our children here. We originally planned on staying at Mt.Olympus but with how bad our experience was there and how awful the staff treated us, the Polynesian was able to give us a great room and experience at a even greater price range. The staff were so attentive and caring, I felt safe and respected. Water park was amazing and NOT packed we could visibly see our children at all times and everything was clean. Thank you Polynesian!

So if you are looking for a place with all the bells and whistles, this isn't it. However, if you want a simple but fun (maybe not extremely comfortable or luxurious) weekend away so the kids can have some fun, this is your place. It's budget friendly but at the same time you have to be willing to give some things up like a continental breakfast, superior cleanliness. Don't get me wrong, it isn't dingy and it was actually very quiet in our room despite the obvious "partying crew" we had down the hall. It's definitely a family place and/or an anything goes kind of partying place which sounds contradictory but it fits both parties.

It was okay. But this hotel needs a lot of renovations and updating. From lamps not working in the room to the lack of cleanliness in the hot tub area. Employees were nice. Overall stay was not bad. Just needs some improvements.

Very dirty. The waterpark is only open on the weekends, when they opened the top deck area was filthy (food, toilet paper, and clothes everywhere) still from the weekend before.
Our toilet clogged the 1st time it was used Thursday night, went to the front desk for a plunger and had to wait over an hour for it because the poor front desk guy was the only worker in this big hotel. There are 2 different water leaks in the ceiling of the 1st floor. We mentioned it to a worker and was told the manager knows but doesn't want to do anything about it until Monday....these leaks have obviously been going on for a while.

The indoor water park was fun, however we had no heat and it was freezing in the middle of winter and the cord was black and had sparks. We had no toilet paper, probably won't stay here again. This hotel does have potential to be better if they actually did the work.
