If you do a good job you shouldn't have a problem. There are some good leaders here...and then there's always a few that don't know how to talk to people. But that's everywhere. It's family atmosphere. People look out for one another. It's really not a horrible place to work, but it can be rough...but I've worked at worse. The "mandatory overtime" is an issue...it's ok to do OT but not to the extent they push you to. Its just too much... and people burn out after weeks if it. The ones who "want a life" will quit.
I will say I'm disappointed that they took away our perks and incentives like; gift cards for working overtime, bottled water and Powerade Freezer Pops during summer. Gone.
Oh.....If you need to deal with The HR department - I will say this; you may have a STROKE. They are NOTORIOUS for ignoring the employees. You will NEVER reach a person by phone and don't expect a return call. It's just rude.

It is a pity that in a center of this quality located in Miami Florida have a supervisor (print department) like Antonio who abuses and mistreats their workers, work under threats of losing their job all the time threatening with the polices of the company of bullet line to achieve their goals , Human resources and the general management do not watch over their employees, leaving this gentleman to do what he wants to do and loss full time employees that work for bullet line in Miami for years. nobody wants to hear, and the workers feel afraid to speak because they can loss the work.

It's not a friendly, or family atmosphere. People are rude and inappropriate most of the time. Working a factory job it comes with the territory though. The only good thing is the pay like most job. I'm not saying dont work there. But I'm not the first in line to tell you how wonderful and respectful the place is.

I really enjoyed my time working with the IT infrastructure team. I learned a lot and become a better network admin. I understood the COVID related layoffs, but not the other two rounds I survived.

The absolute worst place I've ever worked. The training program is great...but it hardly transfers to the day to day BS that you deal with. Customers expect the world from you and management expects the world from you.....all for obscenely low pay and all within impossible time constraints.
