I put a star because I cannot put less. During a visit to the emergency room, I was made to wait for hours when I was the only patient present, and the firefighters had brought me here. None of the healthcare workers wore the mask, including those who came close to providing care. Avoid at all costs

Your telephone service is bad it's bad it's bad it's bad it's bad it's bad it's bad it's bad it's bad! A telephone service is to help people but what they do is get rid of you as quickly as possible without understanding what your problem is! They just answer you in two words after Tak the call is cut or they pass you to another service and find you in an infinite loop! It doesn't really help!

Shabby hospital, unsanitary premises, paramedics and disastrous reception. Fortunately, as everywhere, the care remains of high quality thanks to the generally invested medical staff. The understaffing and the lack of means do not justify the insolence and the aggressiveness of the receptionists, appointments for scanner canceled without even being warned while they take place on an empty stomach and with contrast material

Going to the emergency room.

Going to the emergency room.
Reception staff without masks who kiss the ambulance drivers without any scruples in front of the patients. I have never seen so many people without masks as at the rose garden clinic (and I am not talking about the patients who all had one). In these times of pandemic it is SCANDALOUS! In addition, the hygiene of the emergency room leaves something to be deplored.
It is difficult not to make the link between the lack of precautions of some staff members and the development after discharge from hospitalization of COVID 19.

I went there for consultations and exams very good reception and support.
I was initially very skeptical because of the bad reviews ...
But when I went there it was the other way around.
Don't be fooled by having your own opinion ...
In any case I recommend it to you

Very very very bad experience. My Covid-positive husband is transported under oxygen at 6L. Once there, he is recorded and put in the waiting room with all the other patients who have been waiting since 7 p.m. (it was 10:40 p.m.).
We put him an oxygen cylinder which empties in not even 10 min. No caregiver is able to come and give him another one
My husband decides to leave the hospital on his own, we live 500m away.
We didn't take care of him. Really hospital / clinic to avoid !!!!!!!!!!
In France it is disappointing.

It is normal that there are so many negative opinions, your employees are mainly city ksos and peasants from lost towns. However, I put two stars for the proximity to public transport.

Ah, and I had little finger surgery 11 years ago. And I still feel pain where I had the operation.
