Nice helpful staff. Got here at my appointment time. Took 1h 30m to get unloaded. Not a ton of direction. Go to the Red door between docks 23 and 24.
There are NO SIGNS to help truckers get to this place. If coming from Fort Worth I-30 E. to Dallas, turn Left on East Belt Line Rd. (.5 mi) & turn Right on Lone Star Rd. (Access to Stadium) and all the way to the end (Pollock Paper)
Respect and following directions are an issue with this company. 2 of their door to door sales reps entered our building ignoring both our posted no entry signs for Covid protocols , and our no soliciting sign, violating city ordinance. Then proceeded to still try to leave information and get contact info after they were asked to leave with the comment "oh don't worry, we won't give you Covid" I have a hard time thinking that this would be a company anyone would want to work with given that they can't follow instructions clearly posted on a door or respect other companies' policies.
