Exactly what you expect from a Michelin star outing. The staff are attentive, friendly and informative. The ambiance was just right. All the boxes were ticked. Sometimes places like this mess up with small details like having two soaps in the dispenser instead of one soap and one hand cream. Not this place though and it was a nice quality cream too.
Went here to celebrate easing of lockdown. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff very kind and friendly (all wore masks which was appreciated) - also we booked for 6.30pm and left very late, a lot of places have reduced their dinner slots to ridiculously short times, but Pollen Street Social hasn't which is a major plus. However, unfortunately the food wasn't what I was expecting - we tried the 9 course taster menu. The portions were quite small and the seasoning a little heavy handed for my liking, although my friend didn't mind it. Also there was an over-use of lemon verbena and over-powering herbs in all the dishes, which was unfortunate. I think I'd visit again, but select dishes off the menu.
I was very well pleased today at the Pollen Street Social, the whole tasting menu was really worth the Michelin star. I was really impressed with the sequence of the courses, each one had at least one element that was transcending you to the next one without interfering with the the whole experience in a very elegant way. Although the restaurant was quite busy the staff managed to please everyone without missing a single detail about every dish.
Went there last year for an anniversary meal and it was fabulous. The food was great - we really enjoyed the fish and chips course! The service was also at exactly the right level; it didn't feel suffocating but we were really well looked after.
You guys are absolutely awesome. Thanks for knocking it out of the park tonight. My friends first experience of Michelin dining (with vegan tasting menu too) and lived up too all the expectations. Really special dining experience. Highly recommended.

Impeccable. Chef Dan and Chef Chris were fantastic hosting us at Chef's table. The Chef's menu is immense and something I'd highly recommend for a special occasion. Pricey but worth every penny!
My favorite restaurant in London. It s a perfect balance between foodies and service. The one star Michelin restaurant delivers every time (been here about 6 times in the last 3 months) and every time I left wanting to come back. Their lunch deal is a great value - 37 pounds for a 3 course meal - and you can get wine pairing for an additional cost. The ox cheek is my favorite main course. The crab salad from the appetizer. And ice cream from the desert Menu. Love the the caviar and mouse appetizers at the begging of each meal, and champagne ice at the end of each meal. Fish and duck are great off the non-lunch menu. The atmosphere is sophisticated and service is always excellent. Enjoy!
