Their gimmicks are getting default Judgements. That is how these guys stay in business. Most consumer protection attorneys will work payment plan and defend you from these predators at a reasonable cost. Do not let these debt collectors bully you. Once you retain defense counsel watch them go ghost Lol!!!!

Paid off a loan and they helped with my credit report

This is the worst customer service! I paid my debt in full back in March. I was giving some time with everything going on. I called last week and they couldn t find my check that they cashed and signed for! They found it after about an hour of going back and forth with their supervisor. They promised me it would be figured out and would be on my account by the end of the week. Today when I called they told me my check was posted to another persons account. I m sorry but this is the worst company I ve ever had to deal with. Unorganized, unprofessional, and rude. You can not trust this company and please don t!! They are liars and just tell you what you want to hear and want to get more money out of you!!

DO NOT. i REPEAT DO NOT settle with this company.
1.they will convince you if you settle they will remove the blemish on your credit report but they wont.
2. no matter what they say dont do it! they will boldface lie tell you 30&45 days then 30&45 days again....on and on and on.

They're trying to add $600 to my debt. They're gonna learn the hard way when my actual debt is paid, They're recieving not a penny more.

Worst of all law offices I have done business with! Run away from them!

These people are horrible!!! I have been trying to make a payment for weeks and every time I am on hold for so long I have to hang up. Not sure whet they're game is... Super UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to work here and I can tell you right now that this was one of the worst places I ve ever worked at. They terminated me after my mom s death and were very merciless and quite brute when it came to their employees. They are very rude and do not make the work environment a safe place to be in. This is not a place for professional and personal growth, it is actually quite the opposite. The management has no idea what they are doing with anything regarding the legal system. They act like they are a law firm but in reality they are just trying to collect money from people without regarding any type of external factors and situations. They are the worst example of how people should be treated in the legal system and should be closed down. If you are looking for a job here I am telling you right now this is not the place you want to be. A poor example of leadership and growth mindset.

Collection agency posing as a law firm. These people are not bright. Victor is especially intellectually challenged. Offered him a large lump sum to settle a VERY old debt. He said they would rather receive nothing. I asked him if he understood that SOME money now is better than NO money ever. He didn't seem to understand this. I tried again and asked him if $10 is more than $0. He still seemed very confused.

This lowlife is suing in the most illegal way to get money out of people, if you get any kind of court papers from this prick get a lawyer asap before he tries to get a judgement against you, even 2 lawyers I spoke to told me about what a douche bag this guy is

This company is completely horrible and rude. Even after signing papers to agree to a payment plan and get my case dismissed I still receive documents the day after Christmas stating I'm being sued. I tried calling only to be told they would contact me back and never did. Called again only to speak with someone rude and asking the same questions over again to be told its protocol.

Horrible Company that trys to sue people for nothing. They don't have proper paperwork to file a lawsuit but still did! Then you dispute it and they tell me wait for a letter in the mail with our response well our court date is in 2 weeks. These are some lying scumbags that will try to swindle you by making you not show up to court so they win by default. This company can't even win the lawsuit they tried to file so this is the tactics they resort to, to try and win the case!!!

Complete scam artist trying to sue people of things that are not true or never even happend there a dangerous attorney if you got papers from them get a lawyer and when done re sue them for being so da** stupid!!!!! Scumbags!!!!!

Nasty and not because I owed money I was glad I was able to paid my bill off but these people walk on the edge of almost breaking the law my advice get yourself a lawyer before dealing with them or at the very least an advocate. Their hands grease someone s pocket just can t prove it.

They NEVER served me with papers and froze all accounts with my name on it for garnishment. They even froze my daughter who had my name on her teen account. They froze more than the legal limit. Scam. Should be less than one star.

I can't even say I faced this firm in court, because no one from their firm even showed up to the mediation hearing. An attorney from their firm was on premises and requested to change to an over the phone mediation hearing with an attorney at the firm. In good faith I agreed. The otp attorney stated he had no authority to settle the account for anything less than the full amount. The court ordered summons to mediation specifically stated both parties or reps from both parties must be present, and that rep must have authority to settle between $0 to the full amount. They followed neither in Broward County Civil court. The judge should have dismissed but didn't. The on-site attorney stated he would reach out to me to settle, he didn't. Fast forward 2 yrs... an Affidavit of Amount due was filed with a bogus COS stating a copy was mailed to me, it wasn't. Judgment was brought against me before having a chance to fight it because I never knew it was being filed. I tried calling to settle but was told they have no authority to do so on behalf of their plaintiff... ie... meaning they never did which is against the civil proceedings rules of the Florida courts. Unless you have the $ to file appeals and motions, don't take anything they say at face value, they lie and thumb their nose at the court, and unfortunately the court doesn't care.

These guys sued me for an account that wasn't even mine!!!

Seem to have a bad score on Google but I have had no issues with this company, yes they are a collections agency it is just their job everyone I have spoken to has been very friendly and helpful

This Pollack n Rosen is a scam. I was on a payment plan for $50 monthly until I paid off a 2k debt. I was told several times I would receive paperwork by mail and wmail. Have never received anything. The only reason I agreed to the payment is bc they threatened to sue. Completely got me.
