Been here many times but this time I was extremely disappointed as they double booked and had even called to confirm a couple hours prior to my appointment, poor customer service. Lack of ownership for their mistake. Sadly, I won t be back
Definitely do not recommend. Went as I was gifted a mani-pedi and will not return. The girls who completed the service were unfriendly , made me super uncomfortable to speak my mind when I was there the atmosphere is STRANGE - Unfriendly. And my feet started itching and skin pillled off the day after !! Do Not Go Here!!!
Great place but you can NEVER get an appointment. They also didn't book my apt for my wedding day nails which I had made 4 weeks prior as I know how hard it is to get in. When I didn't get the confirmation call for my apt the day before, I worried and called them to confirm and they said they had no record of the appointment I had made :(
Friendly and attentive staff. Super professional and knowledgeable, will make sure you are fully satisfied before you leave. By far the best nail salon I've been to.
The first time I got recommended by a co worker to go and check them out. When I went in, I was welcomed and felt warm. Everyone is super nice. The girl who did my nails first time and then also the owner,Janny, they were super amazing and explained everything as to why my nails were lifting and not proper. And since the first visit , I have been doing to them. I highly recommend who ever wants to get their nails done either own nails or gel, go to them. They interact with customers professionally. It feels like a family in there when everyone is interacting including the staff and clients. The place does not smell like nails or the products.

Went in for a pedicure today. Really nice location/decor and my nail technician was amazing. It's also good to know that they do not recycle their nail files or buffers!

This place is very clean and I love that the staff speaks fluent english - makes everything a lot easier when I understand what they are asking me and vice versa. Everyone is very friendly as well.
The only reason I am giving them two stars is because I did not get what I wanted. I went to them to get my 30th birthday nails and was VERY unhappy. Based on such positive reviews about Annie, I requested to have her as my nail artist. I wanted marble on one finger and rhinestones on another (on top by cuticle). Firstly, Annie could not do a marble. She drew very dark lines on the finger and was not able to fade them, so it was nothing close to a marble. She then called another artist to help her out and she had to pretty much erase the lines Annie had drawn and do the marble all over again. She also could not do it. My mom was waiting outside so I had started getting a little anxious by this time. . I was also thinking its time for them to close so I also didn t want to have them work on my nails for so long. So I asked them to just leave the marble and suggest me something else that they could do for me. They didn t and both of them continued trying the marble maybe they thought I really want the marble and they were trying their best to do that for me. When the second artist was done, the nail once again was nothing close to a marble. It looked like black spotting on a pink nail. Then Annie went on to put rhinestones on my other nail. From far it looked fine but if I wanted to take a closer look I wasn t allowed because the gel moves and rhinestones move as well , as Annie said. So I said okay its fine I guess? When I got back into the car it was disgusting. All rhinestones were huge and one size, instead of a bigger on in the middle and the size going smaller towards the sides.
I had a pedicure appointment the next day at 9 am so I went and asked Annie that I want to have the two nails fixed and I don t like them. So if she thinks she wouldn t have time to do the pedicure and fix the nails, then I would prefer her to fix my hand nails instead. She said she would have time so I can proceed with my pedicure. I did so and after I dipped my feet into the water she asked me what I wanted and I told her I still want a design, to which she replied saying oh no I won t have time for design . Another artist said I could come back.
At this point I m quite irritated thinking why did she tell me she had time to fix my nails and do the pedicure if she actually didn t? I was stuck with having to come back.
I go back and try to show Annie a picture of what I want instead of the marble. She doesn t even bother to look at the picture or listen to me properly and started making the design. Not that the design was hideous or something, but once again, it was not what I had wanted and it was not clean at all. I could tell her after she was done that this is not what I want but honestly at this point I was tired of this and just wanted to get this over with and leave.
Everything other than this experience was great. But I would appreciate if the nail artists can go through some more training and stop and listen to the client before starting their work.
It feels so clean and comfortable. A bit more expensive than most places, but certainly worth it. The girls are all so friendly and do an amazing job!
High quality gel nail service, extremely kind staff, it's the only place I'll go to to get my nails done!!
I just had my first experience today at Polished Nail Studio and I'm so happy that I decided to check them out!
I had an old acrylic set from a different salon removed and replaced with a higher quality gel set, and am so pleased with the better feel and quality workmanship of my nails! My nail tech Mary was friendly, down to earth and skilled at her trade. It was like night and day, the difference I felt when I walked out of the salon. So happy with the customer service and quality products and services, and I will definitely be recommending Polished to my friends and family!
Polished nail studio is the most cleanest, beautiful nail studio I have ever been to. The staff is so accommodating, talented and have amazing customer service. Jannie is amazing and you can tell how she cares about each of the clients that walk through the doors. The team is wonderful and I am so happy I finally found a nail studio I look forward to go to every month! If you want quality service, go to polished nail studio you won't be disappointed!

Nice place last time when I went just for manicure it was new girl she was ok but I have to ask her to touch up twice disappointed because usually everything was perfect

First time coming here just before leaving for my trip and I ended up with the best shellac pedi ever. They had a large selection of colours which was a plus. I wasn t able to grab the name of the wonderful lady who did my pedi but she was awesome - and had an awesome conversation with her the whole time. I like how they interact with their customers and generate a conversation. This is a great nail salon! clean and friendly.
I haven't been going to Polished Nail Studio for a long time, but let me tell you they have the friendliest staff. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Everything is very nice and clean and sanitized. Annie does my nails, and she kills it every time I go in. I never have a complaint. I get SO MANY compliments on my nails. She is so good at helping me pick out colours that will go with my skin tone. I just got my nails done and I can't wait to go back next time :)
I wish I could remember my techs name, I want to say it was Annie but I may be mistaken. She fixed a mess that was left by another salon in a different city. I mean like really fixed. I didn't think she would be able to make them look like actual nails again but she did.
The atmosphere is great, it's super clean and really comfortable. They only work with gel which is awesome. I'm not a fan of the smell of acrylic.
Everyone here is really nice and friendly. Check them out! It was worth the drive over from Port Moody for me.
As the current Miss Teen Canada, I had been looking for a local nail company that was great at what they do and valued great customer service. I was so blessed to have walked into Polished Nail Studio and be welcomed with smiles and joy. Not only were ALL the staff very friendly, but they gave me this beautiful sparkle gel nail that will last a very long time. Highly recommend this lovely nail studio. <3
Polished Nails is the place to be. Their salon makes you feel very comfortable and you can see they are visibly keeping up with The new precautions.
I came in to get my nails done for a little getaway. I was afraid they would be too long and may break (since I was going to be doing things like back country camping) but let me tell you! These nails did not lift ! Nothing is chipping and the design is still beautifully intact. Annie did a wonderful job. And if you don t believe me. Here is a photo two weeks after I got back from my trip! Good as new.

Looked on line for a replacement salon as my regular nail tech is unavailable now. Found Polished Nail Studio and am so glad I did. I called for an appointment on short notice for a gel nail full and was scheduled on the weekend. The salon has a upscale look and is very clean and well decorated. My gel nails have never looked better. I have already booked for next month. I will drive from Surrey for an appointment at Polished Nail Studio
I went to Polished Nail Studio today for the first time and Annie did my shellac manicure. I knew Annie when she worked in a salon close to my home in Coquitlam. i continued with my services with that salon however I wasn't happy. My shellac manicured never lasted longer than a week. When Annie used to do it...my manicure could last 3 - 4 weeks. Polished is in Langley and it was no longer a hop, skip and jump away. it takes me 30 minutes to get there but I tell you "IT'S WORTH THE TIME TO DRIVE THERE TO SEE ANNIE". Not only is Annie an excellent nail tech she also has an amazing personality. Polished Nail Studio is an upscale salon and all the girls there are amazing. The owner Jannie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) is not stuck up and interacts with all the studios clienteles. You will not be disappointed no matter who does your manicure/pedicure.
Amazing service. I commute from Vancouver! My nails have never looked prettier and lasted longer than previous salons. Janny is the best!
Today was the first time I had ever been to Polished.
I was recommended by a coworker that said it s her go to place.
I decided to get an express shellac mani.
The service took about an hour (standard) and she did an amazing job.

After she filed my nails she asked me to look them over and make sure I liked them. Which I did.
I got a cobalt blue colour, and sometimes with blue polish it isn t the most opaque. (Kinda streaky, etc.) and to my surprise, after she completed two coats she asked me if I wanted a third or just top coat.
I really appreciated that she asked, and I opted for the third.
She was super precise with my manicure and my nails have never looked better.
10/10 will be coming here again!
Tried this out over a month ago when my old nail salon started to go downhill. I always get my nails done by Jasmine because she is super gentle and cares about the work she does. My nails be looking fresh ..thanks girl <3

I have been going to Janny at Polished for years to do my nails. I always have the best time with her and the other staff. The salon is immaculate, doesn't smell like acrylic, and offers such personalized service. They serve you tea/water right away, greet you by name, and have the best movies on Netflix to watch while you're getting your service done. That's just the salon aspect, the nails themselves are beyond exceptional. Any design I've asked for Janny has been able to do, and if she doesn't have something will order it in so I can get that particular set next time. the compliments I receive on my nails never cease. Although I see Janny pretty much exclusively all the other ladies are extremely talented and very detail oriented. If I could give them 10 stars I would :)

I really love Polished! I recently moved to Langley and couldn t imagine driving all the way downtown Vancouver to get my nails done anymore, I was apprehensive to find a new nail studio that did a good job with gel nails. But I was pleased by a quick google search I found Polished! I ve seen Mary a few times now and love her! She is amazing at nails and can hold up her end of a conversation, all the ladies working there are warm and friendly and I would 100% recommend them to anyone! The prices are unbeatable, the atmosphere is welcoming, the salon is beautiful and very clean, as well they do a fantastic job!
The first time I went to Polished it was a one time thing to get my nails done before a trip, and I've been going back monthly for the last year and a half. The salon is beautiful, doesn't smell like over bearing nail polish, its clean and comfortable. All of the girls are professional and friendly, quick so you don't sit there for hours while also being so accurate and skilled with what they're doing for you. I would recommend Polished to literally anyone, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my nails, I've gone somewhere else once with a friend in the last 18 months and I'll never do that again! Polished is the only place I'll go. 10/10 would recommend!!!
What a wonderful nail studio! The ladies here are always friendly and welcoming. The service is impeccable. I love the results I get consistently. I have been going to this studio every three weeks for a couple years and have always been more than pleased with the results. I just had the most wonderful experience here! The salon is extremely clean with super modern, cute decor and was welcomed by all when I walked in. There is absolutely no language barrier not even an accent. I came for a pedicure and was treated like a queen. She spent 1 hour and 20mins on my toes and even offered for me to sit and relax while my feet dry!! At no point did I feel rushed. I have never had such a precise pedicure! She took her time and focused on every little detail. The leg massage was so wonderful I walked out feeling like I needed a nap! As I went to pay she went over all she did and there was no little hidden costs. Its a spa treatment without the spa cost. I don't ever write reviews but was so excited about this little gem of a place I want everyone to know about it! Go and check it out..you will not be disappointed!

Girls were great. Facilities were clean. Towels were stained but ok I get it. Went for a medi-pedi special for $55.00. They told me the polish takes an hour to dry but for a couple bucks more I could get the shellac done. I figured $5 or $10 at the most. Last longer and stronger so I got that . Ended up costing $25.00 more for hands and feet plus another $10.00 for French tip. Ended up costing $200.00 for me and my 12 year old daughter. Ended up with a minus bank account and mediocre manicure. Told the girl about the thumb and she wasn't able to fix it. Won't be back.
