Very good location, close to a park and convenient transport links.

The building is in a green area. There's nowhere to park. The guards behave as if they were bosses.

I have no direct impressions of the office building, but recently opened a K-Express restaurant and shop, which is a nice place for lunch and home shopping.

I was amazed how big is this business center from the inside. The new repaired area has entrance at the left back side and the arrangement inside looks gorgeous. Whoever decided to invest here has done a very good job.

Big office building in the extended center of the city. Location is great, parking is terrible. The whole neighborhood is now a green zone (means you pay to park and can only stay up to 4 hours)

The building has a great location. There are restaurants, shops, banks in the immediate vicinity. It is close to the metro and bus stops. Inside is clean and well maintained, taking care of the building every day.

Without understanding much of the architecture, I like the modernization and transformation of the plant into a modern business building. Unfortunately, the owners ruined the functional courtyard, turning it into more office space.
