We haven't switched insurance for a long time (over 23 years) and with two teenage drivers coming on-board in the past year and a half we wanted to determine if our current insurance company was a good deal but that creates the problem of where do you start and how do you make sure you are getting good information.

My wife heard about Policygenius on a pod cast she listens to so we gave them a shot and I'm really glad we did as they were super easy to work with and provided a clear overview of the process, answered any questions we had, and took the guesswork out of something that we haven't done for awhile.

I've never used an online insurance broker before, but I'll never shop for insurance again without Policygenius. We worked with Emery, who was an absolute gem. He was easy to work with and answered all of our questions (across four different phone calls). I had my reservations about purchasing an insurance policy online, but Emery allayed my fears by patiently answering each of my questions. I cannot say enough good things about him or the way he represented Policygenius. We had requested quotes from several insurance companies before coming to Policygenius. The policy we ended up purchasing through Policygenius was 25% cheaper than any other comparable policy, and the purchasing process was REALLY easy - thanks to Emery. After this experience, I'm (almost) looking forward to the next time I need to purchase insurance; I'll definitely be a return Policygenius customer!

Yea, I mean it's insurance, how passionate can you be about it? Apparently, quite! They make it seamless and easy to find the product you need at the price you can afford. Fully recommend.

Put a request in with Policy Genius to review some Whole Life Insurance policies. They responded within a day or two and scheduled a call within a week to discuss their findings. Very helpful advice from an expert who worked in the industry previously. I asked how to him for his time or if I could send him a bottle of booze and they said the service is free. Great professional response, timeliness, good information
