It was a completely great experience to have a company that has a site that is easy to use and a policy that is affordable.

i have been a customer for many years with policy expert They are excellent for insurance on my tenented proertys I also have my car insured with them They always find good deals

I phoned just to request a quote for an add on before I renewed. The renewal premium was showing just an inflationary increase and I was intending to proceed. The adviser I spoke to asked if I would like to update my details (now retired) and to my surprise and without asking it came back lower than last years premium, including the add on. I have always been happy with Policy Expert, only now I know I can save money too.

Checked around various sites in detail before renewing my insurance. With all the extras included no one came near Policy Expert for service.

Excellent company to deal with. They send your renewal price early and are willing to discuss a comparison site price with them. My outcome was very positive and the young man I spoke to on the phone couldn't have been more efficient and so friendly. I would have no problem informing anyone on how good it is to deal with this company.

Good price and level of cover, but didn t appreciate they would do a hard credit check for paying monthly before it appeared on my credit file
