I went to the emergency room of the Abano hospital on Wednesday 5 July around noon together with my son because he had a very painful ingrown toenail problem in his left foot..we arrive at the counter my son is registered (naturally in white code) and they tell us to sit in the waiting room ... after almost 2 hours of waiting without anything happening we decide to leave for reasons of time (we had to go to work) and here comes the fun ... the young lady at the counter tells me that I they will send home the ticket to be paid by mail .. to my somewhat irritated question as to why I had to pay for a "service" that I had not used, I was told that it is sufficient to be registered at the acceptance of the ps ... (according to disposition Veneto Region) to be harassed with the umpteenth gabella I add ... does all this seem right? Could anyone tell me why? Poor Italy

My daughter was admitted to the emergency room last night by ambulance and it was a terrible experience. Unfriendly staff and inhuman treatment (including a nurse who swore at the request for help), very quick doctors. I strongly advise against going to this emergency room in an emergency. I underwent an operation on September 25, 2018 at this hospital. The surgery took place like we were in the supermarket. First one after another in a row. For the post-op we were told that within a set time of the same day you had to be ready to go out and go home. After a month I have a related problem. I went to the emergency room of the same hospital. I waited hours before I was considered. Because I asked to know something, I was attacked by an emergency room doctor.
