They always lied to us. My old man was a terminal patient (we found out on his last day of life) They bicycled us with an operation that was never going to take place. The last straw when he died called us first from the funeral home to know what drawer we wanted, before the doctors to tell us the news. The doctors in charge never showed their faces. If you have any possibility of moving your family member do it especially if it is older and oncological. Ask, insist not stay with what they are told why they are all bad professionals, from the head of traumatology to the oncologist and "specialists". It was never my turn to deal with such dire doctors.

The only thing that is really worth it is the Traumatology team. The social work is terrible and the attention the same. Very neglected cleanliness and facilities
