Congratulations to the staff! It works in poor conditions, with too many patients. Patient rooms mostly have too many beds and are at the level of those from the 90s of the last century.

I got the term for the first examination of abdominal surgery in a month. Upon arrival, they received me in 5 minutes. probably because I had a certain time. Dr. Jadranko Bari i looked at the instruction papers and asked me everything, listened, said his opinion after he had examined me. A friendly, patient and visually positive relationship with both the nurses and the nurses have once again convinced me that the relationship between the medical staff and the patient is mutual. The waiting room was full, meaning they were waiting for a hard day, but they did not show any nervousness, in fact we joked and laughed. I am waiting for the operation in the fall, I still hope to have a good relationship and outcome. In that hospital I was in 2003. at the surgery and then I was pleased with the doctor who retired, with the relationship and the outcome. All positive!

I subscribed to MR spinal cervical spine 09/2018, I got an appointment for examination 13.01.2020. Arriving today at the agreed time for examination, I learned from a health care worker working on MR, technician I guess, that I cannot perform the examination because I weigh more than 115kg . When ordering for review, there was no mention of the maximum weight allowed for review.
He pulled out the scale and weighed me, the scale showed 124kg. Sorry worker says I can't do your checkup because it will pop the wheels on the MR table !!!!!
Of course, the state takes me from receiving over 2000kn a month for health insurance, but the hospital in Zagreb does not have the correct MR device !!
I am terribly disappointed and outraged by the behavior of those responsible in our health care! I feel sorry for every kuna the state kidnaps me for this (in) health care!

For two days no one answers the central telephone. Shame! For anything they obviously need to go there in person because obviously their phones are used for decoration.

A catastrophic hospital. Unfortunately, 2 times in a few weeks a severe medical error was made. Room on the 2nd floor of otolaryngology has 1 toilet for all patients. Bureau staff inhumane and kindness at the lowest level!

Good service and doctors. Downside of hospital is that as it was built part by part it has one big problem to find parking in vicinity and find your way around. Anytime I was there I had to take 5-10 minutes more to find parking place and same amount of time to find my way through labyrinth of corridors. For rush hour I suggest taxi as taxi stand is just meters away from main entrance.

As everyone says, there is no parking. But my experience with the hospital is great, I have not had any unpleasant encounters with staff. I gave birth to a second child there and went through all the searches and I only have words of praise.

A kada sam sestri rekla da ne radi zvono (jer mi je pozlilo i pala sam ali se nisam ozlijefils) ona je odgovorila da je potres kriv jer zvono ne radi . 9 mj kasnije i da oni nisu srobnjaci..... tra no.... Slike govore vi e od 10000 rije i..... Mogla bi knjigu napisati ali odustajem.....

Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the doctor at the emergency room.
I was in the emergency room twice. For the first time 4 years ago after a one-year-old child fell and injured my head (heavy bleeding). They didn't even want to call me to the ambulance, but the doctor on duty in the hallway looked at the wound and said that I was going home to treat and bandage it myself.
For the second time today, in 2018 where my mother who had severe sarcoma surgery and removal of a large part of my skin, unfriendly doctors after an hour and a half of waiting and final examination due to bleeding wounds and the possibility of infection, with clear instructions from the discharge letter what to put on the wound, they did the worst thing with the worst burn that she now goes to the hospital where she had surgery to put it on her because they only have gauze and that s it.
