Recently been in Almere for my polar a360. This was defective and could not be made immediately. Everything was covered by a factory warranty. Experience great customer service!
Crappy service. For more than 10 weeks now a Polar Ignite under repair since March 10, 2020 that was less than 3 weeks old. The Ignite measures completely different from the M430 in the same training. Very weird. No communication unless you post something on Facebook. A new watch, 3 weeks old, and still no solution, no new watch, no money back, no feedback. Barely accessible by telephone. Chat with standard answers only.
Very disappointed with the Polar brand, I thought I made a good investment in a top model 6 years ago, unfortunately it broke after about 2 years and I got an option to buy an upgrade the V800 for a reduced rate. After a good year also problems with this where the adhesive layer between the screen and the hardware came loose. Great help and received a replacement model. Now to the same problem for about 3 years, once again the glue comes loose between the screen and the hardware, so that moisture can get in. Of course it is true that the official warranty is over, but for a watch of 500/600 euros you should expect that you do not last an average of two years with it. Customer service employees do their best, but the quality of Polar leaves much to be desired
