The care that the aides provide to the residents is unmatched. It takes a special kind of person to be able to do this work. Thank you very much!

If I could give this nursing home negative stars, I would. Every time I've visited my mother (I don't live in the state), she has been neglected. The CNAs leave their personal items in her room and use it as a break room. Her call button is rarely near her. She is left slumped in a chair or turned against the wall. The administrator is useless. He gets paid and that's the extent of his involvement.

MY Mother received top of the line care here. I was a bit high maintenance as I would call and ask a lot of questions, conduct daily outdoor visits and chime in on her care. The staff was very respectful and did an excellent job taking care of her.

Thank you Nurses and aides. Your hard work and love for the elderly through this pandemic does not go forgotten.

Thank you to the therapy team for getting my Mother strong again. We did not think she would make it, but because of the excellent care and nurturing she got here, she is better.

The activities team has done an awesome job helping me get to visit my family member every week. Thank you!

The facility is beautiful and everything clean and well kept. Thank you for keeping everything looking beautiful for my sick Father!

The only thing nice about this place is private rooms. Residents are neglected, ignored, etc. My father in law almost died in there because of a very bad UTI. I had to request for them to do a urine test to check for a UTI. CNAs are always in the breakroom. The good nurses & CNAs are overworked because of the lazy ones. The only time they are on their game is when the State is in. That's when you can find all the workers & they are so helpful & attentive.
