Slave labor. The dirty smelly old white men that work in the office think the females give a f bout them they just want that paycheck. Lol

There is no HR in this company. After many complaints how I was being treated. HR only sided with the supervisors and ended up with a warning for me. So basically if you don t know anyone or have some type of favor, you re really alone. I stay to myself and don t speak to anyone. However I managed to look like a bad person for speaking about mistreatments

nothing professional ... they playing with customers life's... violating federal specifications like a sizes. cutting the ballistic to facilitate the sewing stitching....when they give Layoff to some worker..never say face to face..only phone call." Your position disappear" that's it.....the payment is ridiculously..........

Nice atmosphere, the girl who received me: Oreana, super educated and diligent. I ran with luck to have good co-workers, but like everything else, there are always good people and not so good people wherever you go ... My supervisor Marisol Galano is an excellent professional, she guided me very gently, she has great human quality and much patience . I saw opportunities to grow within the company, some of those who performed well rose to better positions. The payment if it is low, what helps is the over time. My experience at Point Blank was positive.

Worked here through an agency for about 1 month and I had to ask my agency to relocate me to another company. It s a damn zoo! No one really knows what to do here. Everyday there is quality issue inspecting the products, but how can we when no one gives full good training. If QC says the product does not pass then the supervisors cause drama saying it does.......like no one is clear on how the job works. And when there is rejects they get mad when they choose what they want to do. The treatment they do to people is not cool. They treat workers bad for real. Looking at the reviews on here years ago is true. A lot of favoritism that can come off racist to some groups. There are some are good there but the majority of them are rotten eggs ruins this company

This company is absolutely trash. Of course they send their lame coworkers to give 5 star reviews on here.

These people have no care nor respect for coworkers on the factory floors, unless you are hispanic decent--more favorably Colombian.

This company communication skills are horrible, so many language barriers that no one really knows what to do but yell and strike fear in their employees if they can't stay for overtime.

Only people that have common sense is the workers in the main building. The other building is a zoo of favoritism and disrespect

All my years working, I've gotten WAY much respect at working at fast food restaurant. These people lack management skills and how to deal with their employees properly in the Military location. Favoritism is absolutely HIGH at that location----Its borderline discriminative for those who are non-hispanic. They threaten your job if you don't do overtime when by law you are not required to. I've never felt nor seen such crude behaviors towards workers in my life! I hope one day this company gets better and see the great values what their employees do. Because they do enjoy helping saving lives, but not getting mistreated by doing so.

I have found working here to be a great experience. Coworkers are very professional and dedicated to making products that save lives. Many are former law enforcement and military people who want to help our country's police officers and soldiers. They have pride in their work and know that they are making a position contribution for good. The company makes the best quality products for our army, and gives small police departments a break on pricing. Many policies here are not about profit but instead are about quality and service for our men and women who put their lives in danger. Finally the folks here are forward-thinking. There is a heavy emphasis on listening to the customer base to meet their needs, research & development, and training events/live fire demos to help police officers learn vital information needed in these troubling times.

If you want a quick job until you find something new or much better this is the place. Why? Because this place is not a good for long term to be honest. Especially for young people, we have opportunity for better work environment and be respected as Americans.

There are some good peoples but there are TOO MUCH HATEFUL PEOPLE who lack knowledge, do not have empathy, refuse to respect workers, and no common sense.

These hateful people will target you and try to make you loose your job. Simply to save and favor those who are the same color or ethnicity as them. Is it racist? I am a child of God. My god sent his son to die for all of us. It is ignorance and slight prejudices.

I loved working here and knowing I am helping to save lives. I have so much love for the people who risk their lives for us. They deserve the best quality of products to protect them.

But the treatment of the people in this company does not get the same love we do to save lives. It is just shameful. With my whole heart, please do better because I know as Americans we can.

Company is full of hypocrisy and is very discriminative to those who are brown/black skin. Management is very poor with good leardership. Just a bunch of people don't know english and running a muck

boyfriend Worked here before he told me everyone here dosent speak a lick of english LITERALLY and there all on either expired visas or on visas and never went back their country my uncle and brother is a FEDERAL agent for HOMELAND SECURITY and im surprised they never SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN for all immigrant working to make "police vest" what type of buisness is this ? NOBODY HERE SPEAK ENGLISH and my boyfriend was having a problem working here cause he own AMERICAN that worked here and they were prejiduce against him because hes amercan they expect you to learn and do the work without understanding the language they speak which is creole or spanish . my boyfriend isnt either one so how can he understand what they telling him . how WOULD YOU FEEL if someone who speaking a language YOU DONT speak is telling you do work and you CANT UNDERSTAND them and their getting MAD at you cause you understand them YET THEIR IN YOUR COUNTY IN AMERICA WHERE ENGLISH IS SPOKEN . MY MOTHER CAME TO THIS COUNTY 25 YEARS AGO FROM BRAZIL AND SHE EVENTUALLY LEARN SPEAK ENGLISH there no reason why you shouldnt learn speak ENGLISH and you been county for long time .

WORKING HERE WAS OKAY. I MANAGED TO BE ONE OF THE LIKEABLE ONES. LOL. COULD HAVE PROB GOT IN GOOD WITH SOME SUPERVISORS BUT IM NOT FAKE. LOL. I JUST DID MY JOB. GOT MY OVER TIME AND MADE MY COINS. ALOT OF STUFF COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER BUT HEY WHAT CAN YOU DO. THIS IS A GOOD JOB FOR SOMEONE WHO IS GOING TO SCHOOL AND NEED PAY WHILE DOING IT OR IN NEED OF A SECOND INCOME.
