This is hands down the best experience I ve had at a dealership with this being the sixth new vehicle purchased. Michael Gabro was the easiest and most honest salesman I ve had the pleasure of working with. I was never abandoned for any back and forth talk to my manager games, and we also didn t have to play the well what do you want to pay a month game. I didn t even have to attempt to avoid it. Everything was straight to the point final numbers with honesty and room to work with you. I will without a doubt be back to see Michael Gabro specifically for any of my future vehicle needs!

UPDATE: I just wanted to follow up my review now that I've hit the 5K mark and went back to Pohanka for my first service. WOW! What a change from what I was used to. So great I had to update my review to mention the service department! I dropped my car off for service Saturday morning for my appointment and my car was finished in less than 30 minutes when I got back. I have never had such a quick experience! No mess in the inside and my request to ensure my vehicle wasn't washed was respected. And for a final bonus, no one messed with my seat, steering wheel, or mirror positions which is such a pain to get back in the sweet spot. Thanks for continuing the experience of excellence!

Class act from start to finish! My salesperson Dean was a true professional. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. The business office was very accommodating. We went over numbers and they never changed. I drove over 3 hours and it exceeded all my expectations! The Sales Manager and the business Manager were very knowledgeable. Even Kelly the technology person helped me immensely!! Well worth the drive. Thank you all.

Terrific experience. The Service Writers were a little backed up but went to extraordinary lengths to deliver a very positive experience. The service technicians in the garage did a fantastic job. Gave me great confidence in another 100,000 miles for the vehicle.

Service work was performed as expected .. to perfection as Lexus always inspires to achieve.
The complimentary car wash is always and added bonus, but, with complimentary things that s what you get. At least it knocked the big dirt off.

I have used Pohanka Chantilly Lexus off and on over the past 16 years with a couple of my vehicles and the work is always perfect as is customer interaction ..

If you ve never owned a Lexus, the service and staff are far above the manufactures I ve had. Well worth the investment

Always great experiences dealing with Kirk Shwartz, Brahim and Jimmy in finance. There aren t many dealers around that will go the extra step to be fair with you. I ve dealt with them on numerous occasions from NY/NJ area and I d go back to them anytime. Honest people and willing to go out of their way to make you happy!
