Unfortunately, big disappointment with SOR. I was directed there only for ultrasound and I spent 7 hours there. I have reduced immunity, and I was forced to spend so many hours with other patients. Doctors are not very pleasant, the very discharge is waiting very long. Instead of improving the system, it is full of senseless procedures that only extend the time.
The staff shares information and is helpful, no less the building is one big ruin, no visible help for people with disabilities, no gels or disinfectant liquids - very low standards for a voivodship hospital.
My 76-year-old mother spent 8 hours in a chair before being admitted to the ward. I wrote to the National Health Fund about this and the case is pending. Pata ach the doctor led to pneumothorax and now it is not known what will happen next.

In the Party Room, I think a doctor in a red uniform with large glasses asked - what hurts my stomach and is it necessary to go to the hospital? (I will add that I am in bed in great pain for 2 days) after a long waiting - about 10 hours I was transferred to the observation room. Inflammation of the appendix and peritoneum. At night I was operated on by the same surgeon who tried to diagnose me at 8 am ... general surgery department - 2 doctors very involved, the rest do not know his name. Nurses in the 80's - tragedy, psychological violence and indifference. Mrs. Marysia couldn't hammer in and the whole bed was covered with blood ... this is how I lay for 10 days ... avoid like fire!
Is this a hospital More like playing and collecting points. I was there with a 2-year-old child who had an x-ray accident, I got a referral from another hospital and what? Thread ! We go from one to another and 3 times with the same doctor. Already over 4 hours and so and nothing new is known. Everyone who waits constantly looks at his watch. Dr. Magdalena Z, who received us in a pediatric outpatient clinic on night duty before Christmas, did not do the necessary tests for her daughter, so she could not recognize the disease. My 95-year-old mother, who was in the Department of Internal Medicine with pneumonia for 5 days, was brought on 29.01.2020 after 5pm home in a pajamas with a deep neckline and in socks, without any cover, and in the hospital warehouse there was a warm blanket and slippers in which she was taken to the Emergency Room. This is a SCANDAL, because it was exposed to a direct threat to health and life, but the Head of this Department said that it was the fault of the transport company, and I believe that it was also Hospital staff !!!

I cannot agree with the negative opinions about the hospital. A hospital is a hospital, not a wish concert. I was lucky that my child ended up there, outstanding specialists, please go to the pediatric surgery department, I have not seen so much heart and commitment from the staff anywhere else. For some reason, people from all over Poland come here.
Post-stroke rehabilitation - very good. Very good conditions, great, competent and nice staff. Friendly director of the department, devoting time to patients. This is what rehabilitation should look like. Thank you to the staff and management for taking care of my dad.

I HAVE PLAYED AS NEVER. Full of trampolines and climbing walls, at the entrance you need to change shoes and collect as many pairs of slippers as possible, after passing through the automatic door as a patient you have to throw slippers at the staff and this is the first level. Midwives from the pregnancy pathology department are very helpful and nice, but the midwives in the pathology of the newborn, some of them not at all interested in their work and more interested in their friend's birthday or holidays abroad, and they simply silenced the child with a pacifier or an inflated glove placed in the child's mouth. Although I must admit that some of them were kind and helpful, I would dismiss some immediately. The condition of the hospital leaves much to be desired. I had a renovation and there was 1 shower for the entire ward! In addition, at SOR and it was impossible to use it when there were patients at Sora. Pandemic hygiene fear to be afraid.

The delivery room is very pleasant. Ladies midwives very nice. I remember the hospital very positively, if I had to give birth a second time I would go there again. small minus food and toilet one common in the postpartum ward.
This hospital sucks I do not recommend the parent there they cut badly during childbirth and they pull stitches too quickly because of them now I have holes because they did not want to sew me again after discharge when I reported. I use the services of a hospital from the dermatology department. The level of patient care and interest positively influenced my assessment. Pleasant and kind staff, starting from doctors, nurses and ending with service.
All in all, the staff are polite and up-to-date, but with terribly long queues.

The staff of the ward would have done perfectly well without the staff. The operation that was to take place on the first day did not take place and the patient was informed about it for 8 hours. Due to the canceled operation, I missed meals. The head physician does not know the patients and does not answer the questions pretending that they did not come up. The patient examination takes place in the corridor, which is a violation of all standards with the recently introduced GDPR.

Hospital Copernicus - I visited the surgery department in November 2017 because of the need for laparoscopic gallbladder removal. I rate my stay at 5+ for several reasons:
1) Preliminary, necessary tests are done before or after work without having to spend extra days in the hospital. I will add that you get a detailed instruction on "what and where" and goes like a string.
2) On the day of surgery, when you have to arrive on an empty stomach, in connection with the afternoon time of the procedure itself, I got an extra drip so that I did not sit "dry" before a dry mouth,
3) After the surgery, I spent the end of the day and night in the recovery room - super-equipped, very nice nurses and doctors, full access to information, everything extra,
4) due to the need to stay in the hospital for several days, I was moved to the general room - max. three people in the room, bathroom with shower, room with TV (pay TV, of course, but it was possible to order via the Internet), comfortable beds with electric height adjustment, angle of inclination of the back, legs,
5) celebration of min. Twice a day, nurses came in "on schedule" with medication, measure the temperature, etc., but you could also "call" or press the red button - when they could, they helped.
6) "Hospital food" - here - yummy! Dietary dishes were very tasty, and the dinner was so big that I regretted it, but I didn't eat it all and it was wasted.
7) I really recommend it with a pure heart!
I had an unpleasant experience with a smear test point at the District Railway Hospital. The gentleman who takes swabs is very arrogant, treats patients objectively, without any respect, despotically giving orders, brash. A complete lack of empathy should prevent you from doing this kind of work.

Infant surgery - the best nurses in the world (with little exceptions), helpful, smiling, very nice, my son was looked after by Aunties from A to Z. The cleaning ladies were amazing. Despite the son's difficult situation, we felt very well in the ward. Doctors - a river topic, but we finally came across a great doctor who led our son.

When changing the dressing, the nurse accidentally cut the tube that delivered the anesthetic to the spine. Fortunately, it was some time after the surgery and it didn't hurt so much without anesthesia. Plus, good care.
