went there twice and they save my life doctors and staff was nice and had me out within the next 3 hours this hospital is the best they save my life and got me on point about my health im so thankful for them
We were able to schedule and get covid vaccinations in March and April 2021. The staff of nurses, physicians and administration were all extremely friendly and professional at all times. If ever in need of medical care, I would not even delay a thought and choose this hospital.
We came in around 10:30PM on a Thursday. My husband was throwing up, pale, sweating, had stomach pains, and they let him sit there for 2 hours without doing anything. He ended up dozing off, felt a little better so we left and went to another hospital. He was taken in right away and needed emergency surgery. HUGE fail on the part of this hospital and staff. I understand they were busy but he was visibly sick and they did nothing.
Won't go anywhere but lhv pocono. Went to emergency they took great care of Mr. Didn't know my heart works less then 2o percent they saved my life. The heart doctors are the best around !!!! Thank u . When I went up to cardiac floor conner and domanica were great @!!!
Test results came back through the app, but no doctor had contacted me. It's been 2 days. I tried calling them, got transferred all over the place, and wound up talking about my condition to who I was told would be a nurse (I was told by the person who transferred me), but was actually some random professional in an active conference room. It is impossible to talk to anyone with answers in this network. Go to a different hospital.
If I could leave -5 stars i would. Came in with my gf 3 different times. The 1st time was a medical emergency. Didn't get back for almost 3 hours. Ended up leaving cuz no one would look. 2nd time we stayed for an hour and a half before we got taken back. She was showing signs of neurological problems. No mri. No cat scan. They shot her up with saline which they ended up damaging a nerve in the process. That was more than 2 weeks ago and shes still feeling they effects. Point of the story if you go here you'll A. Leave worse than before if they even see you or B. Well we all know the worst case scenario. These aren't doctors. They're clowns and should be in the circus. Must have been what they learned in college. A few months ago I was in for a glass puncture in my foot. Didn't get seen ended up going to st Luke's cuz they actually have professionals there. Anyways while in the LVHN ER a young man with a gash on his head close to about 6-8 inches in length and gushing blood was rushed in. He sat there for as long as I stayed and just about lost consciousness several times. Never got to see what happened to the guy but im sure he ended up worse than going in. These people are jokes and the drive to st Luke's is 1000 times better than going to this child ran "hospital" DONT GO HERE
I understand ERs take long, but if my wife comes in with chest pain, trouble breathing, back pain and has been vomiting I would expect to be seen by a triage nurse with in an Hour! Unfortunately that's not the case. It's been an hour and change and still nothing. The time is 8:10pm smh... but if I get upset cause my wife is not well and crying its my fault.
To bad that Google review will not let you leave zero stars ! This hospital is THE WORST!! If you have an emergency go elsewhere because I understand ERs take long, but if I come in with chest pain and trouble breathing, I expect to be seen by a triage nurse immediately! Unfortunately that's not the case. I've been waiting 12 hours and still nothing is moving except the nurses in the ER picking and choosing their friends who just walked in 30 minutes prior, and taking them directly into the Triage area right in your face as you're sitting and waiting to be seen. I will never visit this hospital again and will be filing a compliant with The JCO.
My daughter was taken by ambulance to hospital. I was told the next day to pick her up in ER waiting room. MOST HOSPITALS would tell u to bring clothes for your child, like shoes, a bra, etc., and allow you to take her home with some dignity. Those ANIMALS had my daughter there no shoes no bra in her nightgown.
The emergency room wait is the worst of all I've ever seen. Been waiting half the night to be seen. Still waiting. Sure not to make it if you go by the wait alone. One star is more than generous.
